Fast & reliable
Fast response on a quote for the work. Quality of the translations were very good, and a fairly quick turnaround once we provided what was needed. Only comment on improving the process would be to make it clear what is needed from us for the translations (e.g. for subtitles, tell us we need to provide the trabscript, .SRT files and the video files upfront, so we can get everything to you quicker and therefore turn around translations quicker). Would use again.
