We have been using the ASL interpreters, and they have been wonderful.

Vina was very prompt, professional and flexible addressing the opportunities presented n this unique healthcare situation. The providers were thrilled to find the one language we hadn't considered was already in Vina's wheelhouse of talent

The team is rude especially a girl Anika her responses to queries are out right rude it feels as if anytime something goes wrong she is ready to fight with a personal vendetta against the customer rather than solve issues with care and professionally.

Extremely fast communication and they made it very easy to set up with many options. We had to change our plan several times during the scheduling process, and they were very accommodating. Our interpreter was great and made the people we were interviewing very comfortable despite the camera not working that day. Pricing was very reasonable.

Our office has an Arabic-speaking patient who was scheduled for therapy today and I had forgotten to schedule an appointment until a little over an hour ago. In less than an hour, Jeff Jahidul and his team were able to get a translator following the patient's preferences and we are greatly appreciative of their promptness! Thank you.

It's rare to find a company these days who offer individual, personalized customer service. I prefer one to one contact rather than having to deal with a multi-level VR system. I like to be able to send an email and have a real person write me back. Languagers is that company. For customer service they get an A+ from me. Their interpreting service is top notch, professional and friendly. I would definitely endorse their service.

Edgar was able to translate flawless technical and legalistic terms from English to Spanish without breaking the pace of our meeting.

Joseph was great with me and the family for our home visit session. He even sang "the wheels on the bus" with us! I didn't give five stars because I had difficulty in getting the link for the visit shared, so you all created a Zoom link for the visit that worked well.

Highly recommend! Used for a virtual event and they were very accommodating with our specific requests in having interpreters who identify with the specific community our program was geared towards. Amber and Jerrelynn were incredible with their ASL services! Matt and Lea were quick responders whenever we had questions.
