I found the whole process very simple to complete.

You're not just a number. I have decided to make Lantern Finance my go-to finance company for life I've never dealt with a better company.

Not only was the account setup process straightforward, but the communication throughout the loan process was exceptional. They responded to all my questions promptly, kept me updated, and even followed up to ensure everything went smoothly.
The only area for improvement is the deposit and withdrawal times. Since I hadn’t used the platform before, I did a test transfer first. It took longer than I expected, which made me a bit nervous. I understand that loan-related transfers or withdrawals after payoff may take extra time due to KYC and/or manual reviews. However, faster initial deposits and withdrawals would go a long way toward building customer confidence. Especially for those doing test transactions.
That said, they are still the best overall. Highly recommended!

For a Financial Services company I can’t believe how personalized the service is. The team works with you with flexibility to keep your investments safe. They are a top notch team who care about each customer.

When I first got my loan over a year ago.
I looked at a lot of other companies like Ave someone something called rabbit in a few others.
And I didn't I was so brand new I didn't realize the value of having a 3-day warning when it goes to below certain levels.
And I so knew that it took Prince and I hours to get my first count up cuz I was so a knowledgeable about the app.
And whenever I call the answer within a few minutes if they're busy they call me back in 20 minutes I've been with coinbase for over 2 years and you can't even reach coinbase.
So I see you in the future that lantern finance will be one of the gold standards for getting a loan against your crypto.

And it's a newbie do your research look at all the other lending protocols a lot of them will just take your crypto if you go below a certain level and lantern will try and work with you.
Can't wait till my ex heart pee goes up into hundreds and I'll take out a two or three hundred thousand dollar loan.

Exactly what I was told from a friend, who helped me complete transaction sending/receiving on two different cold wallets. I didn't have any issues but,if I did I was assured by several others that your customer support was awesome, timely, and corrected some others that had glitches. I'm a firm believer in old fashioned customer service, which is sadly rare today. I will word of mouth highly recommend your services.
