Lanveza LED mask- very difficult to return
Like another reviewer’s husband I fell for the fake Top 5 LED mask website and bought one from Lanveza. I tried to cancel but they said the parcel had been shipped. Having read other reviews I did not open the packaging and asked to return. They ignored me for 24 hours and are now asking me to return the mask to a ladies home address around 10 mins from where I live within 2 business days. They highlight the 2 in the email! So strange. I said I would take it round on my way from home… but guess what.. they need the tracking number?! I am going to leave work and take it to a post office and no doubt pay a fortune to post it but if this is the game they want to play I will not be beaten. I’ll update

LED MASK DIGS INTO BRIDGE OF NOSE AND HURTS NO REFUND GIVEN
Product received in one week, packaged well looked great all working fine. I used the mask a few times without noticing the mark it was leaving on the bridge of my nose but then noticed on the following nights it was digging into the bridge of my nose causing discomfort. After using the mask for 10 minutes the mask leaves red indentations in the bridge of my nose which stays there for at least 30 minutes. I contacted LANVEZA, they said I was out of the 14 day refund so basically they cant do anything. Not even taking into account that it took a week to arrive too so they count it from the day purchased. The lights work fine but this is FAULTY by design. They BLAMED my face shape as the problem and wouldn’t refund me. I am recently out of work due to having a cancerous tumour removed so £179.99 for a mask that hurts me is unacceptable. MAKE SURE THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN TO YOU GUYS! They will be super nice in emails but won’t HELP!

I ordered the LED Facial Mask and really impressed with how quickly it was delivered. The product is brilliant – very high quality with lots of different settings depending on your skin’s needs. The battery on the hand-held device lasts a long time, and the mask is comfortable to wear. Although I’ve only had it for a couple of weeks, I can see a noticeable difference in my skin. The team is also very responsive and happy to answer any questions. Highly recommend!

SCAM do not buy from this company reporting to trading standards and fraud team @ Bank!!!!!!! Would not accept return of LED mask due to being opened. Absolute lies no cellophane was on box. I believe they are importing cheap rubbish and putting on their own logo. Putting their product as No.1 on a fake beauty review site which sadly my husb fell for.!!

Awful, plastic, cheap IPL- DO NOT PURCHASE!! Asked for a refund when I received the IPL only to be refused. Absolutely not worth the money and is clearly just a company tricking you into buying something and refusing to give money back. Conveniently ONLY has 4 and 5 star reviews on their website and nothing since 2022. Only takes a few scrolls to see that the reviews are clearly fake as they’re recycling the same photos…

Poor experience
Sent a faulty product from China and asked to send a video to prove it was faulty (thought it was odd I had to prove this despite their product being the issue). Did so and sent a replacement despite my explicit request to refund. Then had to arrange to send back the replacement (lanveza did fund the return). Had somewhat lost faith in the company so disputed through my credit card company. Lanveza requested I closed the dispute before refunding which I did but on their end it appeared I hadn't (they sent me screenshots). I had explicit confirmation and screenshot from my credit card company that the dispute was closed. Either way, I found it odd Lanveza wouldn't refund me until the dispute appeared closed to them, which was this month (4 months after my initial order). If they had refunded me it would have closed the dispute anyway (were it in fact still open) which I explained multiple times. Below response from them suggests I wasnt in email contact when I was (repeatedly trying to solve the matter) only to be told they couldn't do anything. I eventually got a refund but the experience was odd and the product is clearly from China (evident from the packaging and not explicit in merchandising) so wouldn't recommend.

I’m sure they’ve got fake reviews on their own website. Really wish I had looked on trust pilot first- as it’s pretty obvious how awful this company is. The products are shipped from China, not ‘lanveza technology’ as stated on their website

useless device and no money back guarantee
I purchased this device thinking that I was safe - I could always return it if not working. Unfortunately, this is not the case. The company is refusing to accept my return and keeps requesting the photos after my treatments. The issue is the area of the treatment - my bikini line. I am not prepared to share the photos. So I am left with a useless device and an unpleasant opinion on Lanveza as a company.

I have literally just downloaded trust pilot to write this out of pure frustration. What a joke of a company.

Don’t buy if your blonde!
I bought this, having researched on the internet. It arrived yesterday and I immediately opened the box to get the instructions, which were inside. The instructions said it’s not for blonde or white hair- which was not on the description on the internet. I immediately emailed them to as how to return it but they said if the box had been opened they wouldn’t have it back ! As the instructions and information are inside the box it is impossible not to open it. It is obvious this had not been used. Definitely don’t buy!!!

Buyer Beware
Purchased a Lanveza IPL Laser Hair Removal Handset - very excited when it arrived but when I got the detailed instructions it says it will not work on grey hair. Therefore it’s not fit for the purpose I need it for. I thought this won’t be a problem as they have a very clearly displayed "Try it Risk Free For 90 Days" One feels that this is a bit of false advertisement because, I am informed but their customer care, that it’s’ only 90 Days if I’d tried it first but as iv’e not tried it they won’t refund me. However they then say that if I’ve opened it they also won’t refund me due to "safety and hygiene". Madness really because the last statement negates the bit where they would abide by their 90 days no risk if I’d tried it - but how do you try without opening the box. So buyers beware !!! You might get a good discount but their customer support is pants.
Addendum 28th Nov - below is my email reply to Lanveza customer services who wrote nearly word for word same response as they gave to Trustpilot -
"Sadly I don’t think we are going to get to an amicable agreement on this.
I think the only thing I can finally say is that:
1. I don’t appreciate being labelled as one of those people who simply open a box and then decide to return it because they have "a change of mind"!
2. I asked for a refund because the device will not work on my hair type - grey - therefore that is its "device’s performance"
And the most important:
3. Lanveza advertises "Risk Free For 90 Days" - I do not think I am the first person to get suckered into that offer. This purchase is not ‘risk free’ . I have lost £149 and I am left with a product I can not use.
Lanveza should take a leaf from the No!No! IPL and Braun IPL - they clearly state that IPL does not work on grey hair.
I have already shared my experience with your company on Trustpilot and I have also share on Instragam - if I can stop just one person from making the mistake I did (thinking you 90 day money-back guarantee was actually what it said it was "Risk Free" then all will be good. I’ll now look to sharing this with Trading Standards, because I don’t feel you should be able to advertise a ‘risk free’ money back guarantee.
Please do not feel I am want or am expecting a reply to this, suffice to say I am not happy and "hell hath no fury" like a grey haired old women."

Misleading website
I purchased this exact product (LUXE LED mask) from Luxe a few months ago and trust Luxe brand because I purchased more than one product from them and I was happy with their products. Lanveza's "new product" seems to be a scam given that the page looks like was copied entirely from Luxe. Misleading website experience and would not trust to buy from this website.
