The staff is always very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about products that interest me. They also know how to keep me coming back by informing me of new and upcoming items they intend to carry. And, it's probably a no-brainer, but ... it always smells so nice in there!

I emailed to let you know that I didn’t think the fragrance I received LAVS smell right to me. It had an unusual moldy smell so I wrote you an email but no one ever responded so I think this is extremely poor service. I know this fragrance has gone bad for because I have had a bottle of it before.
