Ordered a.few tops. Wrong size and asked to return for a bigger size. Thier reply email was found in my spam after the 30 days granted. Presumed, like other brands I normally use, that they would just exchange as they are brand new. No such luck. Won't use again

I confirm what I read in the reviews written here: bad customer service and bad quality. I bought twice on La Passione's site, and twice the item broke after just one use. The first time, they sent me a replacement (the same bad-quality item...), but not without lecturing me first: I should watch out when wearing it/washing it (of course, they had to say that it was my fault). The second time, I wrote a negative review for their website: they refused to publish my negative review and offered a replacement instead (again: replacing a bad quality item with another bad quality item – what is the point?). So you read it right: if they get a bad review, they won't publish it. Hence the "good" reviews on their site...

attention to your purchase. Bad experience with Passione cycling, low quality clothing and strange fit, bad customer service. They owe me €45, I have not received the money yet, I will not trust La Passione again.
My purchase was €160. I used the €100 gift card and paid the rest through PayPal. The refund was €55 for a jacket. They still use my gift card to force me to buy again. They have lost a lot of categories, oriental websites give the option of refund. I will not shop at La Passione again. And my comments on social media will always be negative.

Great quality & customer service
Highly recommend. I bought multiple items from their online store. all of them were of great quality, but I was especially impressed with customer service and shipping time:
after I placed an order I received an email to confirm I I didn't have any doubts about sizing of ordered items. I did, so they reached out to give them the exact measurements and confirmed I ordered correct size. I was extremely surprised to receive my order within two days of placing it. that was inside of EU, but still faster than all local manufacturers.
Returning to La Passione nightmare
I bought two items from La Passione, one was great the other was too small. Now try to send it back?... no response from any email address support nor sales - 7 times I requested a response and nothing in return. I may have to resort to the credit card route - but what a faff - never again will i use this site.

They don’t offer size exchange
Not a product review: They don’t offer size exchange: you will have to return the item and buy a new one. Of course, if a the price had any discount you will lose it. They will return the original amount -5€ for “shipping” troubles, then they will offer a code (that only lasts 14 days) to cover 10€ of shipping cost for next order (if it’s the same product as before but different size).

DO NOT BUY!!!!! This company is scammers.
Vague warranty policy that is not stated anywhere on the website and communicated as "6-12 months" (EU law does stipulate 2 years minimum). Pointing to the fact that an item is "too old" at 1,5 years - but with very little use and good care, product looks as new - except failed stitchings (I have read other reviews here about poor stitching as well, even in new garments).
Damn shame as I really did like the product and the price point is very attractive, and all I asked for was help to repair.
Edit after response:
1. Not sure this is legal - EU consumer law is clear that you must provide a 2 year guarantee, it also states clearly you can have policies that increase this timeframe, but NEVER reduce - so this seems illegal.
2. I do not know how you can state they are "Very dated and very worn" - how do you know how many times I have used a product? I even shared photos, I used the product maybe 10 times in a year and it looks like new except for multiple broken stitches due to poor quality of your products.
Its clear from the response how they view situations where they have delivered crap - do yourself a favour and find another option because these guys are fraudsters.

I have previously purchased pieces of La Passione and was impressed with the high quality of the garments. It gives me great pleasure when out cycling and other cyclists pass a favourable comment on the attire. On many occasions I have even worn the outer garments in a social setting!
Seem good quality, let down by customer service
Ordered black socks, grey socks and a jersey for my first order. Arrived super fast. Wore black socks for first time and quality seems on par with other brands. However realised during ride that socks were in fact navy! Contacted customer service and was basically told tough as I'd worn them - did say I could get a small discount off another pair but with postage at 10 euros it wasn't worth it. So instead of trying to resolve they just wanted to sell me more items! I won't become a repeat customer and would rather pay a few ££ more on other brands safe in the knowledge that any issues will be resolved to my satisfaction.

Poor customer service, nice looking product
I can't honestly leave a review of the products themselves yet as I've not had them long enough to say with any authority if they're any good or not. What I can say though, is that the shorts, even with the foam around the bottom, don't provide all that much more cushion than the regular pair of running shorts I used to use for my long bike rides.
In terms of the service, La Passione is sadly not a customer centric business at all. When asked how the restocking fee worked (by product or by order), I was never given a straight answer. To boot, their emails were at times passive aggressive, perhaps because I persisted in trying to get a straight answer from them.
After returning some of their products, their return acknowledgement email mentioned it would take around 30 days to receive a refund (though these are often done within 12-15 working days). While that's an exceptionally long period of time to wait for a refund, I opted to be patient. In spite of this, I still had to chase after the 30 day period had lapsed to get my money back.
I really like La Passione's aesthetic but given the customer service, I can't see myself buying from them again, especially when there are other niche brands out there (from whom I bought stuff simultaneously) where the buying experience was total opposite.

Excellent in all domains!
Excellent in all domains: transport was quick and correct (using Fedex!), order process very fluent, pictures and reality matching in colour, the product is of high quality (bought winter bibs + winter jersey) and feels very good. I really feel it fits well. Italian sizes, just know this (a L-XL in Europe is an XL-XXL in Italian bikewear).

Really bad customer service.
On black friday I ordered a few items on la Passione. It was my third time I bought items here and before I was always very happy with the quality of the products.
However, this time one of the items they sent me had a broken zipper. It was really a bad experience for me to send the broken item back! First of all, it took me about 5 emails to get my return label. Second and even worse: They don't even refund the whole price, because they let me pay for my shipping costs!
Although I was always satisfied with the products, I will never buy here again.

I have been purchasing from La Passione for the past several years and I have been incredibly impressed by the quality of their products. Returns are hassle free and easy and they always do their best to leave their customers satisfied.

I bought twice from La Passione website. It turned to be very unpleasant results. The company has a few issues that they are not willing to improve.
They sell same jersey at different price according to different color, adjust the price dramatically and changing the original price to fool customer. In addition, they lowered the price from $110 to $70 on the 2nd day after I ordered online, they told me I do not deserve the difference, which is $40 because the company has “rule”. The customer service only seems to have one person and everything they told me as a customer was insulting.
The size is off according to the website size chart. I normally wear S for other popular brands, I should have a size M for jersey and size S for shorts according to size chart, but I end up fit in a size L for the jersey and size M for the shorts.
The quality is not good for sports; it might looks good, but after a small amount of time the shorts started to fray.
