Stay away from the bonusses!

I initially signed up with Lapilanders at a time when online gambling was not yet regulated in the Netherlands. Previously, I had an unpleasant experience with a casino bonus where my winnings were forfeited. Recently, I deposited €200 to receive a €100 sports bonus after fulfilling the wagering requirements. In the end, I had to deposit an additional €25 to meet those requirements. I ended up with a loss of approximately €75 since I withdrew €125.

Now, I’ve received an email stating that I didn't meet their conditions, even though I consistently placed bets with a 66% chance of winning, meaning I had a 33% chance of actual loss (and I lost €75 using this strategy).

Yesterday, I deposited another €200 and turned it into over €300. I then placed two €25 bets for tonight’s Champions League match, but this morning I received an email stating that €125 had been deducted from my account, leaving me with only €225. The two €25 bets were voided. Since I did take genuine risks with my bets, this feels like an unfair practice. I believe they should refund me the over €300 and the €125 that was deducted, and also reinstate my bet.

If Lapilanders simply refunds my deposits of €425, or returns the €300+ and €125, I would be satisfied. There was no unfair play on my part—I always had a 33% chance of losing. Furthermore, I want to caution others that this casino operates without a license in the Netherlands, meaning they are acting illegally in the Dutch gambling market. If my withdrawals aren’t processed, I will be forced to report them to the Dutch Gambling Authority.

I suggest staying away from Lapilanders

I suggest staying away from all L.C.S Limited brand casinos, that includs Lapilanders. It is impossible to withdraw money from them. The verification process takes weeks, because they keep asking so many documents, that other casinos never ask. Once you have provided them all they want, they’ll take your ability to withdraw and say that there is ”security investigation” that takes weeks and weeks.

Pathetic!

Pathetic!
Signed up gave them every document they asked for and passed verification, then I tried to login one day and my account was closed lol, absolutaly pathetic bookmakers I won a few hundred and i guess that was to much for them I just don't understand they have a great platform and great offers but they choose instead to run the company into the ground instead, don't go near them its not worth the stress, plenty of other bookies who let you bet and withdraw, its just pathetic

Stay away

Stay away from this and all of the lcs ltd. casinos. Once you try to withdraw they start to ask different documents even IF your account is verified. For example selfies with id and many more. It’s ridiculous, once you start withdrawing they cancell it and asks for more… Can’t get your money out.

Scam company

Scam company, even though you follow all the rules for the bonuses they will say that the "risk department suspect arbitrage betting" because of placing bets over 2 in odds, when the lowest odds u can place with an activated bonus is 1.5. Lost 500 Euros in winnings because of that "reason". Dont play on this casino

AFTER I win he block my cash out and don't let you you play on all games .I don't know how a site like this can operate. 365 BET finish all document verification in 30 min and pay money instantly. I don't recomand Lapilanders but I recommend 365 BET

Scam

They actually used to pay out for some time, but since I've won some more money lately, they started to ask for more docs, declining them for no reason. Be careful and don't register to them or any 'similar' casinos (Svenbet, Evobet, Campeonbet etc.).

Scam casino though MGA licensed

It is a disgrace that this casino holds a MGA-license. They do anything to exploit and scam their players, delay withdrawals and their terms are not compliant with EU law. Howecome that the authorities lets this continue? Stay as far away as you can!

Stay away!

Only accept deposits (very fast and without problems), but when time comes to pay, they reject withdrawals asking new and new documents (even after verification is completed), than put restrictions on withdrawals and start security investigation and ask for patience as this process can be time-consuming.
investigation finished, funds are stolen for terms breach say that I used VPN which I have never used.
Will try to resolve through Maltese Alternative Dispute Resolution Entity.

Don't play here!!!

Don't play here! Lapilanders does everything to frustrate players who want to withdraw their winnings. Endlessly asking for documents, absurd photo id's with your head (!) next to your passport while they already have a copy of the passport and standard answers on questions when you got questions about documents that are turned down without a good or clear explanation. They pull another trick everytime you want to withdraw 500 euros of more. Not to mention the absurd 72 hours waiting for withdrawals to proceed -the times they don't ask for stupid 'proof'- or waiting chatlines up to 30 minutes. And all because so that players will use their winnings meanwhile. But judging on comments on TrustPilot, which I should have consulted before playing, this can't be a surprise to them. Lapilanders is just a complete scam, a shame in casinoland. Glad I ended my account, although I had some good winnings there. It's just not worth the frustration.

Lapilanders decline withdrawals

Lapilanders have declined 2 times in a row my withdrawal request. My account was fully verified (passport picture, electricity bill and photo of my credit card) before making my first deposit. After the first withdraw cancelation they asked me a selfie with passport near me. This document also approved but when I went to request my withdrawal they cancelled it. Don't recommend to anyone to register to their website because you will not receive your money back. Stay away!

They do no pay you after you start winning

I registered for lapiladers, seems a decent site with good odds.

You know, I lost few bets, but won some. I had a successful withdrawal of 796 euros in early April and I passed their KYC (know your customer) procedure, which was quite long before the payout.

I wanted to payout again and it took me 3 weeks and sending some photos and prove of my phone number (they did not want to send text message) and received this message:

"Withdrawal request has been rejected and generated winnings from bonus (1865,18 EUR) deducted from your balance due to T&C's, please see relevant terms below;

12.11 Company reserves the right to close down existing accounts without explanation. In this event, or in the event of an account closure by a customer the gull balance will be paid out unless any fraudulent (e.g. Arbitrage, etc.) behavior is suspected. In case of fraudulent behavior, winnings will be voided and deposits will be confiscated or refunded, at Company's sole discretion, after we deduct the corresponding administrative and transaction fees and any fees that Company is obliged to pay to the competent authorities due to a customer’s complaint. Company also reserves the right to report to the appropriate authorities, if any customer is involved in any form of suspected fraudulent behavior.

12.11.1 As "Arbitrage" Company means the method certain players can use in order to abuse Sportsbook offers to their advantage. In such cases, we reserve the right to void bets, deduct winnings and remaining funds or return user's initial deposit at Company's discretion. Indicators, including but not limited, that gives Company strong reasons to believe that a bettor is abusing our offers using the arbitrage system are as follows:

i) one deposit only in order to receive the MAX bonus offered.
ii) Starting his betting activity with one single bet, Soccer Pre event, Stake = his deposit + bonus money, on high odd (higher than 2)
iii) Starting his betting activity with single bets, Soccer Pre event, Stakes totalling = his deposit + bonus money, on high odd (higher than 2)
iv) Continuing his betting activity with the same pattern mentioned above, with stakes = winnings from first bet(s)"

I would like to highlight that I did not even have a single bet on soccer at all. I opted in some of their rebonus (they offered me), but not with maximum amount.

I already contacted with MGA (the sportbook license approval of lapilanders) and they wrote to contact the following organization with my dispute:

MADRE - Maltese Alternative Dispute Resolution Entity - online

If you are in the same situation, please do so, it is good feedback on everyone on the market!
