Withdrawal sent to wrong wallet, 3 weeks with no response

I had a very serious issue with LapinoPay.

I requested a withdrawal to my own wallet address, which I clearly provided. However, the funds were sent to a completely different wallet address that does not belong to me.

Since then:

It has been more than 3 weeks

I contacted them multiple times by email and Telegram

I initially received one reply saying the case was under review

After that, no solution and no further responses

This involves real funds and a blockchain transaction, so this is not a minor issue. I have all the evidence:
transaction hash on the blockchain, emails, and Telegram conversations.

Because of this situation and the lack of communication, I have completely lost trust in this service and stopped recommending it to my clients.

I am posting this review to warn others to be very careful. A payment service must handle withdrawals correctly and communicate clearly when something goes wrong — which did not happen in my case.
