Very Bad Service
Very Bad Service. COURIER did not try at home, he gone directly in the Pickup Center telling that he tried at home!!!The courier didn't come to my house, he made a false statement! He says he couldn't find me when I was right there! Of course no letter in mailbox, no indications how I had to pickup the Shipping... Very Very Bad Service. I absolutely don't recommend it.

Dreadful. Slow and unaccountable. The trustpilot average review score should be 2.5 not 3.5. There are an equal amount of one and five star reviews. The weighting system favours terrible companies like Colissimo.

If i could give 0 i would. I ordered from IKEA and UNFORTUNATELY they chose colissimo for the delivery. I was supposed to receive my order on 29/05 AND I PAID EXTRA MONEY for delivery in my apartment. I haven't received a single update! I had to call myself for them to say there was a failed delivery THE DAY AFTER! Never received a call from them and was at home ALL DAY! Then they rescheduled for today 01/06 and NEVER showed up, they are the worst delivery company I've ever dealt with both in Belgium and now France. Avoid at all costs.

Collismo said they delivered my parcel on the 11th March....they also sent letter to shipping agent stating parcel delivered.... on the 16th March when challenged that my parcel had not been delivered collismo state that my parcel could not be delivered due to incomplete address.
So why state it had and then not !?!?
Poor service and why lie ???.
This is not the the first time this company has messed up my delivery..
