I visited both their shop locations Very Rude and clearly selling repaired untrusted machines with a label of imported

I visited both their shop locations and want to share my experience to warn future buyers.

Their behavior was unprofessional and rude from the start. I understand they're young (Gen Z), but I came as a customer to buy a laptop not for familiarity or making friend i mean just give me my laptop only.

On pricing and product trust: they offer minimal warranty/guarantee, likely because their laptops are refurbished items assembled from Saddar Repaired. They were hesitant to clearly disclose this upfront, calling items "imported" without mentioning the battery was patched or that the unit may have been repainted or repaired. They simply clean these units and resell them, which explains the weak warranty, since they themselves aren't confident the laptop will last.

When I said I wanted to buy immediately, they acted like they were doing me a favor by saying "they are giving their precious time and thats ehsan" which is absurd for a retail shop, not a charity.

My advice: buy from a seller who offers a proper guarantee, with a money-back or replacement option (3–7 days) if the item doesn't match what was described while 30-45 days for checking repair warranty.

If their attitude is this poor before the sale, it raises real doubts about how they'll handle their 7–30 day after-sales repair warranty.
