Purchased 11.25V 45.3Wh replacement battery, Acer AP1505L, There was no issue locating the required battery on the web site or with placing the order, it was delivered in reasonable time, the tracking / status information kept me informed of the delivery status. The battery has been installed and after an initial charge appears to be working as expected.

Beware foreign transaction costs
I specifically looked for an Australian company based on delivery from within Australia. But they are not! My payment went to a HK company, and I got stung a foreign transaction fee. Beware! Otherwise delivery was quick and efficient

Bought the Surface Book 1 screen battery. I am impressed with the tracking, and the notifications for my order. It was well packaged and came with some tools to pry and unscrew. This is my second purchase as my first was the base battery which is still holding strong.

Misleading "1 Year Warranty" policy
Their policy of "We offer 12 months warranty on our all batteries! During this period, if your battery fails, we will replace your battery with a new one." which is plastered on the main page is misleading. Be very aware of their "Tiered Warranty Coverage" before you purchase. The battery I purchased suffered a major failure within 12 months and the customer representative would only offer me a partial rebate off my next purhase.
