Bought LapTop battery
Bought LapTop battery, took to local pc repair facility to install, they wanted $75 USD. At that price I thought I would try to install it myself... Presto, Bang-O and the use of youtube, battery went right in without a hitch. When my other laptop's battery needs replacing, rest assured I will buy from LapTopBattery again.

I am sorry but the battery you sent me was defective. I had it plugged in for 2 hours and the battery never registered more that 6%. I will be sending it back for a refund or replacement.

I bought this to replace the original battery in my HP Omen. I first had the notebook built in 2018. Had the original battery for ~5 years. Battery got drained overtime in less than 30 seconds. I installed this battery and full charged it once it was installed. I was on it running Windows Update and doing a quick scan with Windows Defender. Battery went from 96% to 61% in about 20 minutes. Setting was on "Balanced". Granted, lasted a longer than the original so it's better than nothing, but not overly thrilled with it.
It was scheduled to be delivered Monday, November 27, 2023, but didn't arrive until the next day. With the cold weather (30 degrees or lower) during the week I'm sure it didn't help the battery life.
That being said I cannot give more than 3 stars.

received the battery within the required time given.
works like new!!! :) I was worried that since my laptop had was an older model and the maker of my laptop no longer sold the battery, that any battery I may purchase might not work or may not hold a charge and if it did hold a charge, it wouldn't hold it for very long but I was pleasantly surprised!!

This spare parts operation is a SCAM
I ordered a replacement battery for my old SONY laptop on August 28. The Wensite advertised DHL shipping. They actually use China Post. It was supposedly shipped the following day. Based on the shipment tracking from Hong Kong it cleared US Customs in Los Angeles on September 4 and then there was nothing but "Shipment en route", Between September 10 and September 20 there were no further updates. Initially they tried to tell me the problem was with staff shotages at US Customs. After a month and inquiries I realized there was no shipment and I was being SCAMMED. I asked for a full refund but have heard nothing.

The internal battery failed to keep a charge
The internal battery failed to keep a charge longer than 30 - 45 minutes. I took my laptop in to Best Buy where I have tech support and they ran a diagnostics on my laptop and said that the internal battery failed. They gave me another company where I could purchase one since Acer doesn't carry them for my laptop and they would install it.
