Purchased through Walmart. Uploaded false tracking information. When confronted after 2 emails, they finally admitted it was mailed with stamps. Never received my item. Refused to refund or cancel order. Bad seller, stay away.

Super slow customer support, faulty parts.
Super slow support, no phone option, I almost called a fraud case on them on my credit card. One part arrived, the other did not. After chasing them they finally delivered the second part (battery). The battery had been opened previously and damaged. I believe they sent me something that was known to be defective. 3 months of waiting and following up, I would never buy from them again.
