Easy to find what i was looking for.
Ordering process was easy.

Got the cord and it works. Took about 2 weeks (lot longer than Amazon prime), but no complaints so far. The price was right. Little more than the dollar store but I didn’t have to get out of bed and drive to 10 different dollar stores to find this very specialized product. I have bookmarked this supplier and will use them again if needed.

Fast response, good communication on ETA (7-10 business days) and fast shipping once we received the email that the order was on its way.

Received a battery claimed to be OEM, the battery looks nothing like the original battery that was being replaced. NO matrix codes or serial numbers posted on the battery. Installed the battery and turned the laptop on to receive the same error that I had before the battery replacement " Battery Service Required"

Reached out to the service team about my concern and received one response on how I would like to proceed with replacement and then crickets after that. Multiple attempts to reach out and getting no correspondence.

I wasn't at home when package arrived, so didn't receive it then. The note that courier left I read that he would be coming again next day. But he didn't come. I went to UPS store and learned there at I would need to call to request courier's return. That requirement wasn't included in the note; why?

I received my delivery very quickly. And it was exactly that thing that I was looking for

The battery for my laptop was easily found in the online store. It was a snap to order, and the part was shipped quickly. When I received the battery, it was packed well, and it worked great. I would recommend anyone looking for computer parts to check out LaptopParts.ca. It is also nice that it is a Canadian company 🇨🇦👍🏻.

We were sent the wrong parts TWICE. I had an electronics tech install the first screen and it was not functional. In hinds sight, I suspect we were not sent what we ordered. We reached out and the company sent a “replacement screen” which was an iPad 7 screen when we needed/ordered an iPad 9 screen. Third time is a charm and an iPad 9 screen has finally arrived, however I was not compensated for my time or ware and tear on my device after a failed installation.
