STAY AWAY!!!STAY AWAY!!!STAY AWAY!!!
All of them should have been put in jail, from the CEO to the last ass-kisser employee, for scamming people for years and years.
For :
-Falsely advertising items they don't even have on stock
-Doubling prices from one month to another
-Selling Laptops that don't even work
-Often not delivering the purchased items for months
-Changing delivery dates just before the date you ought to fulfill them
-Making excuses such as COVID and late shipment from their suppliers
-Paying people/ writing scripts to give the company 5-star reviews on review websites
(All of the 5-star reviews are written by bots, they aren't written by genuine real human customers)
-They encouraging the customers to get in touch through "PREMIUM" numbers, often charging them 100+ Euro for a single call.
STAY AWAY!!!STAY AWAY!!!STAY AWAY!!!

An easy shopping experience

Second order in the past few weeks. No hassle getting what I want. Super fast delivery too which is particularly impressive given the current shipping issues these days.

Ok but product has errors and can't return …

Overall not a problem With the company but when the box arrived it was damaged. The laptop worked at first but now keeps having a startup issue where I have to keep factory reset. I tried to call customer service but get a message saying the number is invalid. I've only had the laptops a couple of weeks.

Beware of Customs Charges as this is a UK company

Ordered on 3rd January - arrived on the 26th (due to Brexit). Product is fine but was hit with €85 in customs charges as the product actually comes from the UK. Unfortunately, laptopsdirect.ie looks like an Irish website and there was no warning about customs charges (unlike other sites like Amazon) until the carrier (DPD) have the package, and they email to pay the import fee, otherwise they won't ship the product. Won't be buying again from Laptopsdirect or the UK for that matter! Something to be very wary of, especially if buying high ticket items!

I ordered a battery charger online in…

I ordered a battery charger online in late December.it was due to arrive at my home on the 6th January.after a number of queries about the delay I was sent emails which were of absolutely no value trying to explain why I had not received the charger.
I then got an email from the courier company which showed I needed to pay a further €15.75 customs duties before the charger could be delivered.
I finally received it on the 19th January.
Last week I was in B&Q where I saw a similar charger on sale for the same price as I I’d paid Laptops direct.
I could have saved myself €15.75 and three weeks delay.
So my experience was not great.

The product took nearly 3 weeks to arrive despite the fact that it was supposed to be in stock.i was charged 33 euro import duty despite buying it from an irish company, I have complained about this to you with no response .its a disease that customers are been deceived like this they should be made aware at the time of purchase, because if I had of known I would not have bought it

Good service from Laptopsdirect

Good service from Laptopsdirect, although new Brexit customs procedures got in the way of delivery. Both products are as ordered, both work well. No complaints. Will certainly use Laptopsdirect again - once the Brexit delivery issues have been resolved.

Item not received after 4 weeks

Item still not delivered 4 weeks after order placed. I received a notification that my order would be delivered 3 days after my order had been placed yet it still has not arrived. Delay has been said is due to 'Brexit' and they've no idea when it will arrive. Definitely won't be buying from here again.
