Shipping information is obscured. You don’t know when it left or when is going to arrive yet they have a tracking that says nothing. The day it arrived I wanted to look at the photos of what I purchased and compare it to what came in. I got an email that says she has retired. No information is available.
It is allegedly guaranteed. But she’s not a business so is it? Reviewing the photos that I found an old email from my original order. The metal work looked intricate and hand made. What came in was a stamp look of the same product. The stone itself is pretty. It’s just not the quality that was sold to me. Again, I’m just happy. I did not buy a lot of her stuff. What shows is hand crafted breathtaking jewelry on the webSite. I am really disappointed. I thought I was buying custom hand made jewelry. It’s a difference between buying a Real Thomas Kincaid at the studio versus cutting out a picture in a magazine of a Thomas Kincaid and framing it.

Worst thing I have ever bought on-line. Poorly made, very cheap looking. Don’t waste ur money!!!

The ring I ordered arrived broken. It is cheap material and nothing like what they are claiming to sell. I emailed them to tell them the ring arrived broken. I have not received a response. The other ring is in tact but looks cheap. Poor merchandise and poor customer service. Do not buy from this company.

It was a Bait and Switch order. I forwarded my original order to them with a pic of what was sent. NOT the same - yet they claim I got what I ordered. Offered me a 10% refund on earrings I do not want and did not order. Very cheap looking!! Do not get suckered into this jewelry!

Another one star to this Lara Green, i purchased 6 rings from her. They arrived nothing but throw away garbage. They couldn't be worth more than a buck. A piece There is no stamping inside of them. They are not made of Sterling silver or gold or any other precious metal. Cheap throwaway children's bubble gum machine garbage jewelry.I'm amazed this person has not been caught.The funny thing is the address that is listed on the outside of my package down in Rancho Cucamonga california is the same address of another scam that happened with some quilts I purchased, thank God.My bank give me my money back. These people need to be STOPPED !!

I would give zero stars if I could. I bought the necklace
that is displayed all over their ads. What I received was a degraded imitation. I never would have bought it had I seen what it really is. They refused a return and refund. They are thieves and shouldn't be allowed to
advertise on line or any where. Notice that their website doesn't provide for reviews.

No stars at all. I never received my jewelry! I see now that it’s not great, so glad I could dispute this and get my money back!!! Don’t buy!

The ring she supposedly made herself turned my finger green the first day I wore it. The necklace I ordered broke right on my neck the first night I wore it. The bracelet I wore the same night broke while I was wearing it.The only thing that hasn’t broke was the one item I haven’t worn.. please beware her jewelry is junk. Junk junk junk.!! Her jewelry is equivalent to Walgreens or CVS jewelry. DO NOT PURCHASE! U WILL BE SO DISAPPOINTED!

Do not buy Lara Green jewelry. The ring i bought is gold plated, size 7, it's more like 8.5. Returns are to China, very costly. One item even says it was designed by Han Kou in Korea. A necklace I bought has three connecting pieces and they are twisted. I will have to take it apart and fix, hopefully it won't break, very cheaply made jewelry!

Placed an order for bracelet. Finally did get it but was not what I ordered. I advised her of that and she had me to send her a screen shot of what I did receive and it was not the same as advertised.

I noticed this company as it had the same scam about retiring as Grace bags. The same woman in the picture and the same tactic. Grace bags claimed to be leather and they were plastic. Lara Green jewelry has the same rings that I ordered from a low end Chinese company. These are not hand crafted by "Laura Green". I've seen this marketing ploy so many places and I hope the model gets compensated for all the companies she represents as an artist that is supposedly retiring.

I ordered (2) rings from Lara Green Jewelry and never received anything not even a refund. They text 2 different times saying the first time something went wrong and said they resent the order. I didn't receive anything. Then I contacted them 3 weeks later and told them I hadn't received anything. Again they said they would give me a refund, which didn't happen either. Finily I gave up trying, witch i am sure it made them happy. It is nothing but a rip off. I URGE YOU, DO NOT GET SUCKERED LIKE I DID WITH LAURA GREEN JEWELRY!!!!!!

I ordered 7 pairs of earrings. The three identical ones had wires so thick they hurt my ears and I cannot give them as gifts. Another pair arrived broken. Another pair was pictured with a green stone - not green paint. And to top it all I never received the gift boxes pictured with the products. I emailed regarding this and never heard a word. If I had known the product and customer service was so poor I would never have spent the money on her site.

The silver ring I purchased was basically a thick brass ring that was stamped with a design and painted silver. The silver has worn off and now I have a thick tarnished brass ring. I believe they probably just cut brass pipe into rings and painted them silver.

The quality of the ring I bought was less than costume jewelry. DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK. There is no Lara Green.

Unfortunately I agree with the negative reviews. The items I received are very poor quality. BUYER BEWARE
