Possibly the worst online experience.

Possibly the worst online experience.
First item broken, wrong replacement sent - which you have to buy again and wait for money to be credited back to your card, on the first item
Customer services really poor. waiting long periods of time to try to get through - don't appear to know what to do - advisors hanging up..
Waiting hours for delivery company to pick up broken furniture and replacement item then being left at front doorstep , in the rain !.. Date now booked for wrong item to be picked up - never got email to confirm date - so will have to wait in again - hoping that they will turn up.
You couldn't make it up -never again - avoid - there are better companies out there that will treat you like customers should be treated.

Bad customer service

I placed an order on with Black Friday deal on the German their site. DHL is their delivery partner company.
I looked at tracking and saw the status returned due to unknown address, a day after dispatched. I used the same address to pay for the order, so the address was correct.
DHL never contacted me to check the address, but on the way to delivery became unknown address and returned the same day!
I contacted DHL, but they said they only take instruction from the sender.
I called and emailed La Redoute Customer Service and the agent was incredibly rude and said “you can place your order again if you want to on full price!” No assistance what so ever!!!! Needless to say in 4 weeks they still have not returned my money!!! 5 email came asking to rate them, so here you go:

I will never shop at their site again. La Redoute Germany has the worse customer service.

Missing items so order not fulfilled

Ordered three items of clothing for my nieces. Only one item arrived. Invoice inside parcel says all three items have been dispatched. Where are the other two items of clothing? Emailed them and automated message was that I now have to wait 5 days for a response. These clothes were for their Xmas present. What a disaster.

Terrible experience

Can someone help please? I am trying to return my order but under 'MY ACCOUNT' there's not an option that directs me to the return page. I can only see my orders, my personal infos etc. Also, inside my parcel bag, there wasn't a printed form with return label. Can someone help and let me know how you normally return an item? I tried to call them 5 times and no one pick up the phone, also wrote an email but no response. Thanks

AWFUL COMPANY. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCED

I have returned an item to this company 4 weeks ago. No refund yet. Emailed customer service who keep replying with the same reply Sorry for the delay. It could take upto 5 working days to answer your email. Please don't send another message blah blah blah. I am frustrated with them not responding to my requests for a refund. Think it's now got to the stage where i need to take legal action. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AS THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

Absolutely disgraceful, avoid!

Would give - 5 stars if I could.

Placed an order, arrived after 2/3 weeks!

Ordered white pillowcases and a white duvet cover and Grey/white quilt.

Well, what did I receive? 2 blouses and a
tshirt
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! how is that even possible?

So, no duvet set, and the quilt is delayed! don't think my weekend guests can wear blouses to bed!

Orders take weeks to arrive.

Orders take weeks to arrive.
This is my third order that has taken ages to arrive. 8 days after ordering and it still hasn't been sent. It is clothing that was in stock. The last order took 2 weeks to arrive. Most orders online are next day or 3 at most. However tempting, I won't be ordering again. They need to get their stock and logistics sorted, especially given the amount of competition.

Christmas Advent no show

Ordered a Christmas Advent Calendar/House. Delivery timescale allowed plenty of time to get to me before 1 December for start of Advent. Still not turned up, and still no response to my chaser email to them. Non existent customer service.

Sent me a damaged lamp shade. Contacted them via email and phone call but after 2 weeks I still haven't received any reply. Don't buy trouble for yourself. This is why I rather shopping from Amazon.

Don’t order from LaRedoute!

Here's why you should never order from LaRedoute: On July 12th I made a big order on LaRedoute.com and paid over €1400 (Order number GE2553785640FR).
I chose only items with a short delivery time of 7 business days, as I needed them for a project.
A week has passed, two weeks have passed, but I received only a 1/5 of the whole order. So I wrote to the customer service of LaRedoute, who replied with the saying that the delivery of bulky items takes 15 business days and not 7 days, as it was mentioned on their website. The tracking number of DHL which they gave me was wrong, so I couldn't track the missing packages, and LaRedoute said they can't provide another tracking number.
Long Story short - on August 1st I was notified by LaRedoute that DHL can't track the delivery, and that they will give me a refund for the missing items.
3.5 months later, and I haven't received back more than €1000 for all the items which were never delivered. During this period I wrote many times in LaRedoute, which promised to solve this problem. One time they even wrote me the refund was transferred to the bank account, but guess what? They never transferred the money for the lost items.
More than 1000 Euro. That's a lot of money for items I never recieved.

Abysmal Customer service!

Ordered 3 items in the sale with 40% off.

1. Tablecloth.
2. Felt owls.
3. Christmas wreath.

Received the table cloth which was very flimsy,not worth the cost in even the sale.

What was even more disappointing,was that the wreath was returned by me, no i did not receive the item.

The other decorations not received either.

I checked my paypal account which had been refunded for the missing items. No communication at all from La redoute.

if i had not checked my paypal account i would still be waiting!

I really do not appreciate being lied to either! as i did not return anything!

La Redoute you clearly have too many customers!

Poor experience

I ordered a dressing table from Laredoute, costing £255 and paying £9.99 delivery.
Order placed 28.9.22 and paid in full. Evri contacted on 4.10.22 stating it had been delivered it included a blurred photo of nothing as proof. I let Laredoute and Evri know that it had not.
On the 6.10.22 my parcel was delivered and it looked re- taped up. When I opened it the furniture was damaged on the corner and a scratch across the mirror.
Again I contacted Laredoute - I had to either pay again for a replacement or just send it back. The furniture would have been perfect.
I have waited until the 26th of October to receive notification of the return and to have a refund. I was shocked to see that only the cost of the furniture was refunded and that I have paid £9.99 for this whole shabby experience. Surely this cannot be right. If I could get hold of customer services maybe I would get an explanation, but I doubt that it would be in my interest. I am not happy and won’t be content till I get a full refund of my hard earned money.

It's crazy to not offer price…

It's crazy to not offer price reductions on items that were just ordered. Such a pain to have to return and repurchase the items - I can't imagine anyone benefits (unhappy customer and admin work for the company!)

No goods, no contact, no refund

Bought two pairs of childrens' trainers and *1 month* on neither has arrived!
I bought them for the start of school. Three emails to customer service ignored.
No refund, no explanation, no contact.
They should rebrand themselves La ReallyDoubt You'll Get It.

Time wasters

They bombard you with emails, encouraging you to place an order and then cancel it without explanation. Far easier to spend your money elsewhere. Very poor customer service.

Really poor customer service &…

Really poor customer service & communication regarding delivery. First sideboard delivered damaged. Had to pay for a replacement before being refunded for the damaged one. Damaged one collected. Even though returned, had to chase for refund. Second one arrived faulty, offered 10% off. To save the hassle all over again to return & replace, we kept it. Still not received the 10% refund. Customer services don’t read emails or check account. Extremely disappointing
