Love this brand! Amazing products and amazing prices!

I’m just obsessed with my LaRoc products! The eyeshadow palettes are amazing. LOVE this brand!

The most amazing eyeshadows!! They’re so pigmented and blend like a DREAM! Also the Pro Sculpt palette has my entire heart! I’ve got almost all the palettes by LaRoc and each one keeps getting better! Delivery is also super fast and always well packaged!! LOVE LOVE LOVE!

I always enjoy shopping with LaRoc cosmetics as I know their products are good quality.

I can't properly leave a review because although the pallet looks beautiful online I still haven't received it, so I can't appropriately determine the quality of the product currently. If possible to do so later I'll update my review after I've received the product.

UPDATE: I've since been contacted by LaRoc where they offered to make good with a replacement product. The replacement is a big improvement, the logo is printed straight and centred and the nail-file has a less sharp edge to it.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
The product arrived quickly and packaged pretty well, but that's where the positive experience ended. The product has obviously had some corners cut, the nail file for example is stamped out of a sheet of metal and the edges have not been smoothed out. Then the logo on the case was printed at a wonky angle, just giving it a cheap knock-off look. I imagine at one time this was a quality product, but at some point the quality was dropped. Needless to say I'm not impressed and I would be too embarrassed to give it as a gift.

As a company, and although their products are of excellent quality, my first experience with them was a shambles...Ordered 1st January, recieved today 17th January. From the moment I recieved an email on 4th Jan, saying my item had been sent, I suspected there was a problem, as the Shop app was showing the item had never been sent, noone appeared to want to listen to me, and from the 7th Jan onwards I was told to just wait...I was then admonished by the owner of the company for sending multiple e mails to try and sort it out.The excuses I've had range from staff being off with Covid, including warehouse manager, to now saying its been lost in transit, I personally believe it was never sent out initially, and it took 2 phone calls by me to actually get them to send a replacement via hermes....I also feel that very little effort at an apology was made, and I was made to feel extremely uncomfortable when trying to find a resolution to the whole situation.I know human error can occur in a company, noones infallible, but I really was not treated very nicely, and of course waited 17 days for my goods.
UPDATED REVIEW. ..today,(19 days from initial order) I received the original package,packaging all in immaculate condition etc,there have obviously been more than one event/problem leading to this situation, at least one that may be out of your control of course.I have e mailed offering return of original goods at my convenience.NB Shop app only updated to sent goods in the last day OR so...
AGAIN AN UPDATE...
If I didn't have to pay for return I would have already sent the original that turned up after 19 days back.This had taken up far too much time and energy, and gotten beyond ludicrous, Whenever I e mail your generic e mail there's not a problem,but it takes usually 2 days for reply, when I attempt to answer an e mail from yourself Sam it doesn't go through 2 out of every 3 times, and I'm certainly not repeatedly sending as I pretty much got a boll*#ing for doing that at the beginning of this debacle....I will drop the unopened parcels at my local women's refuge unless you send somebody to pick them up, and never order from you as a company again.
EDIT AGAIN...Literally cannot believe I am even answering yet again, 1-I do not know why the e mails hadn't gone through, it, just like the strange fact the shop app updated that you had only posted the original order out 48 hours before the arrival on the 19th possibly is an error going through?...I honestly do not believe that, as you stated in your e mail the package got lost and returned and relabelled by The Post office,nor do I believe the original package was only sent out 1 day late, but we could carry on like this indefinitely.2- My whole point, right from the beginning of this review was not necessarily the 17 days it took to arrive,19 for the original...but the whole way it had been handled, totally unprofessionally, and the patronising borderline aggressive way in which you spoke to me on the phone. Re my first order, I have mainly ordered your products through a third party at all times, minus one I missed a year plus ago, they all arrived in a couple of days and was constantly updated....Unlike this order. I will bring this complete shambles of customer service to an end and wish you the best for the future now.

First time l made an order with LaRoc.It was for a makeup palette which arrived promptly,well packaged and lovely quality! There was an offer code which worked on my order making this excellent value!
Would definitely recommend to my friends looking for good quality eyeshadow.

My order turned up so quickly and the quality and packaging of them was amazing. Overall this is such an amazing brand, so affordable and the palettes are so vibrant

Everything came packaged so professionally! None of the pallete I had ordered previously came cracked or crumbled or anythin like that. It was covered in bubble wrap and it was wrapped in so many layers!
The product itself are really amazing too! Really pigmented! Easily suitable for beginner friendly to makeup artists! Definitely recommend It to everyone.

Unfortunately the makeup brush set I ordered, 2 boxes came empty? But I'm still OK with that because the overall products were amazing! That's how you know the price you pay for the quality of these products are amazing!!!

Can't wait to order more stuff in the future!

Order 2 men’s manicure sets for Xmas presents - one was delivered with a faulty catch - they offered to send me a replacement and when this arrived the casing had indentations on it. This time they said put it somewhere warm til they come out - they are still there - really disappointed - wanted to buy British to get better quality - they should try sending goods properly packaged

I have finally received a replacement manicure set that was packaged much better and item has arrived in tact and without fault - the product is what I expected and I must give the company full marks for persevering until the got it right - just think they need to change their packaging to avoid other customers having the same experience - now happy with my purchases

Excellent quality palettes, I have The Circus Tent and Lost in Paradise, two of my favourites in my collection!
