I have recently exchanged contracts on what will be my third property, so I have had some previous experience of the conveyancing process and how frustrating it can be. Having selected Larrington & Co to deal with my current sale and purchase, I can honestly say that it has felt like a breath of fresh air! Alicia has provided an excellent and proactive service, keeping me thoroughly updated throughout the entire process. She carried out all of the necessary work quickly, efficiently and responded to any queries I had within a very short timeframe.

Jake at Larrington was great from start to finish. It felt like he was on top of everything, with extremely prompt communication. They work as a "local but online" solicitor. This meant that communication was very easy as it was all done through email. If I did have a problem or wanted to drop off documents I was still able to though so this was ideal.

Searches were very prompt, and were the best format I've seen used. Each search came back with a full report.
