A few weeks back, I purchased and froze some chicken mushroom lasagne. We tried it tonight and found it quite lacking. Perhaps it was an off day in the kitchen, but the dish ended up being overly salty and mushy, falling short of expectations. As someone who enjoys cooking and making lasagne from scratch, I wanted to give this product a shot, but it's not something I’d try again. Additionally, it's quite pricey for the quality offered, which doesn't seem authentically lasagne-like. I'd be interested in seeing the manufacturing process to understand how it's put together!

Delicious product but terrible delivery service and no shows. My last 2 orders were never confirmed leaving me to follow up only to find that the company were never planning to fulfil my order

I ordered a couple of weeks ago and froze the chicken mushroom lasagne. We had this evening and pretty disappointed, maybe it was a bad day in the kitchen but it was salty, mushy and just not very good. I cook and make lasagne but thought I’d give this a try, not again… also very expensive for what you get, someone’s not really making genuine lasagnes here! Happy to have a look around the factory making process to see how it’s made etc!

Firstly, lasagna is good, and I also appreciated the environmental friendly packaging.
There were some issues with booking and delivery.
1 - I was given a code for a free pudding that was not recognised at check out. So no free pudding.
2 - Your website says you can choose the delivery time. I didn’t see this option. A delivery slot time was given after placing the order, once was already paid.
3 - The delivery time was fist by 7:30pm, then got a message that it was delayed: by 8pm. It arrived after 8pm.

Delicious lasagna and great customer service, only problem was delivery was later than we had expected as we paid for specific time, but they refunded us the extra delivery charge :)

I have used Lasagna Gelsomi, for my fourth time now, and as the previews time, quality ingredients, for the taste as lasagna should be. Acclaimed by my friends a dinner always a success.

The Lasagna was amazing. We got the beef and cheese and the bolognese. We had to change our order and they kindly accommodated. The lasagna honestly it’s like home cooking - it is SO DELICIOUS. I will definitely be ordering again when I’ve got friends over!
