Very frustrated at Laser Clinic, Belmont, WA.
If you are not satisfied (for any valid reason) with their poor customer service and the quality of job done, the manger rudely comes to you and says as you have signed the agreement and paid in advance, there is nothing you can do.
I paid for another 3 sessions there, they do not refund, or even transfer this money to another branch. The lady there told me, I am the franchiser of laser clinic in WA, no matter where are you going to complaint, it will not work. So the clients have to tolerate you, no matter how horrible you are!!!
What a shame! Modern slavery! I did not want to terminate because of changing of mind, but because of their poor quality and customer service.
I preferred to not to talk to that lady, not to see her again, at the cost of money balance account there.
Terrible experience.
