I would NOT recommend Laser Clinics Australia. They falsely advertise products and services, are NOT accommodating, very very poor customer service. Management have not responded to me despite several emails and phone calls about my package. I have been extremely disappointed with them. I would not go to them ever again.

Mishayla, the woman who did my LHR this afternoon, was an absolute dream. She made me feel comfortable and was respectful, and, professional. She made me feel relaxed and I knew I could trust her to do an amazing job, which she did. She went out of her way to make sure that I got the best experience possible, and I was glad I had been to Laser Clinics, and that she was the one to do my LHR.

Don’t respect customers or their time
I have been a customer of Laser Clincs Carindale for at least the last 5 years however after today I will not be returning. I arrived 10 minutes early for my 2:25pm appointment and was not seen until 2:40pm due to them running a bit behind. This wasn’t a big deal, I had a 3pm facial booked however with it being at the same clinic I wasn’t too concerned about this. When I had finished with my laser it was 3:05pm and the girl at the front desk advised me to go to the upstairs clinic for my facial. When I got to the upstairs clinic it was 3:08pm, and I was advised by the receptionist that they would no longer be able to do my appointment as I was late and they no longer had time. I was incredibly disgruntled by this and just walked out of the store. I will not be back. They happily let customers wait however when it the store made to wait all of 8 minutes due to them running behind schedule it’s an issue

I had Brooke (Carindale store) as my beautician and she was wonderfull not only did Brooke take the time to explain what the best course of treatment would suit my skin, she was also professional and showed empathy with the state of my skin. Will definitely come back and ask for Brooke again.
