I have been trying to contact Laser Clinics Australia at Westfield Doncaster for two days.
I walked into the store to be told there is no receptionist.
Two therapists were sitting at the desk.
What sort of business is this?
No way to book a treatment by phone, no online bookings for the treatment I wanted.
I’ll go elsewhere.

If you had your clinic transferred this one is actually the worst one out there, they dont pick up the phone to book apppointments. Their website doesnt work. If you tried to get your money back they may not give it. I was quite happy with The Glen team they were so helpful and provided an amazing service, but the team at Doncaster in melb is one of the worst service providers I've ever seen. Anyone would be better off not booking with them and going to smaller scale independent clinics who actually value their customers. I definitely wish I did.

AVOID: Be warned. Sales people (nurses who are product pushers)

Aggressive up selling
Grossly over priced
Do not go there
Don’t line the greedy, unethical scammers that own these chains
They will promise that treatments actually work.
They don’t
They are not dermatologists, they don’t know skin.
The staff are paid to push procedures
Save your $$$

I have been seeling Ellie for about a year now for my injectables and she is great. Always friendly and professional. She is very honest also and will not perform anything that she feels you won't benefit from. I thoroughly enjoy my visits with her. She is a great injector. Highly recommend!!

I also come here for my laser hair and micro treatments and have always found the staff to be friendly and professional.

Have been visiting the clinic for the same treatment for over 2 years! Went back to complain when I received different results after seeing a new clinician and was told even though I had received the same amount of injectables and was told by the clinician that she probably should have spread the injections further across my forehead that I would have to pay for them to fix the results. How ridiculous and what bad service. You can’t expect customers to pay for and receive one treatment and when they fail to get what they ordered go and charge them more. Clearly there is a lack of care at the standard of treatment provided and if you are unhappy there is a lack of responsibility on their part. Very very disappointed after showing so much loyalty to a business and watching staff constantly turn over that they could show no care at my dissatisfaction of service.
