Dishonest practice
Laser clinic Eastgardens cancelled 3x times my booking without notice
It’s prepaid skin treatments but they can’t provide service because they don’t have skin therapist
When I asked for refund they’ve stopped responding to my emails
I wouldn’t recommend this clinic to anyone

DO NOT ATTEND EASTGARDENS clinic

I had credit on my file and due to the lack of customer service, knowledge and a certain staff member I had to make payment again as supposedly there were no notes on my file to state this.

Feeling irate (the manager did not know what this word meant) I was 100% certain that credit was there and I was paying now twice for my treatment.

3 days later - I am told that I do have credit !!!

5 days later - still no apology and now this has been referred to Head Office.

I asked for the contact number of Head Office and the manager could not give this information to me. This is my money and I would like it back - extremely simple.

So I now go back to waiting ... again

Manager (Melissa) at this clinic had
No management skills
Knowledge of the basic English language - NIL

Do not prepay your treatments at this place they will find an excuse not honour them

An update … I have now gone to the Department of Fair Trade and lodged my complaint they will contact eastgardens within the next 10 days.

FINAL UPDATE!!!!
Perseverance…. No apology but they refunded my credits !!!! They actually gave back more $$ than they should !

They have no idea how to run a business professionally
Your body is your temple please think twice before booking an appointment at Eastgardens clinic, you deserve better ❤️
