Highpoint

Highpoint, VIC - Unfriendly staff. Bad customer service. During my consult, I was advised to buy skin needling packages for $900 but I was not financially ready so I said no and wanted to go with my $60 session. The staff kept asking me why and i should get it. I understand they might have kpi to upscale but I said no so they should just stop forcing me to get it. Her tone changed afterwards, I was denied to get my facial cause I had done threading a few days ago and said they need to reschedule which was fine but she was very rude and unhappy that I did not get the package she suggested. Guess they just want money!

I recently went to Lacer Clinic Australia in Highpoint. My experience is amazing.
The staff are all friendly and approachable.
Chelsea was my beauty therapy, who was very friendly and highly skilled, she did my facial treatment, she is very gentle care with my skin and she explained the procedure prior touching my skin and explained what is the next steps to be done. She is amazing with her job.
Thank you Chelsea for your great attitude and professionalism.

Unprofessional and low level service

I have contacted the laser clinics Australia at highpoint store to book a free consultation and paid for $50 which they required on my credit card over the phone. It has NOT been a pleasant experience since dealing with them.

They called me a couple of hours before my appointment to advise me that the sculptor is sick and a staff had rescheduled me to Saturday appointment. 2 days later, they contacted me again, and advised that their staff had made a mistake on my appointment, as the sculptor does not work on Saturdays and she has also booked me in a treatment session on July, which I haven’t completed my free consultation yet. So they rescheduled me again in 4 days later. On the day of my rescheduled appointment, I was just parking my car when they called me again and said the sculptor is sick, they had to cancel my appointment again. Every time they call me, I’m at work and I can not take their call, then I tried to call them back, it’s always goes to their voicemail message, and I was waiting for a whole day for someone to contact me. After all this, I decided not to going ahead with this company, then I asked the refund, the staff told me that I have go to the clinic to tap my card, when I questioned why they cannot charge back which most shops can do, the staff advised that she checked with someone that I have attend the clinic in order to get my money back. When I attended the clinic a young girl who is in charge did not even apologise to what had happened for my mixed up appointments, she made it clear that I don’t need to attend the clinic in order to get the refund. And she advised that they charged in advance is because so many people have canceled their appointment. I was wondering in my situation they canceled my appointment three times should I get compensation in their theory?? When I mentioned that I’ll write a bad review she doesn’t seem to care at all!

I wouldn’t recommend to waste your time and money on this business and definitely not risk your body to receive such low levels service.
