My 17 year old son took an early day from work to get to his appointment, he was 9minutes late due to traffic and they gave his appointment away and told him he needed to rebook . Such poor service . I’m disgusted . He was on his own and felt very uncomfortable. not even a courtesy call to advise . After 9 minutes you take a walk in !!! I will not be going back to narellan laser clinic , plenty of competition out there to choose from , Evolution laser clinic here I come … so disappointed. I also called when he rang me to discuss the issue and was left on a long hold and then asked to leave a message …..

Waste of money service, I paid 50 dollars to laser my underarms and upper lip and Brazilian and I can tell you not a single hair fell off. I went back and told the ladies there and they did nothing all they told me was it my hair. I can tell you that I have done laser before and so far this was the worst service I have received, I will never go back there
