Have used them a few times now and I’ve been really pleased. Very friendly, efficient and good value. Easy to get an appointment. They do need to be more flexible with their confirmation methods as not everyone carries a mobile phone- I’d be happy to confirm with email but it’s not an option.

I accidentally booked a very slightly different laser package to what I was wanting to book, when I asked for a refund or exchange so I could rebook the correct one, I was told that it is only available if I also pay for underarms too. I had no intention of getting my underarms lasered so I requested a refund if I was unable to book the areas I wanted together (this is despite the areas I wanted being available in different packages). I didn’t see why I had to book underarms too. When I requested a refund because of this they replied that they have a strict no refund policy and no exchange policy. I was surprised as under Australian Consumer Law it clearly states that policies such as these aren’t legal and I find that large companies say this to their customers to take advantage of them and their knowledge of consumer rights. Because of this “policy”, its inflexibility, and the unfortunate customer service, I’m down $200+. Very disappointing experience, I’d suggest people book at a laser clinic that abides by The ACCC.

I had a great experience at my last session at the Northland clinic with Julia. She was very professional and informative during my treatment and made me feel very comfortable. After missing a few months of treatment, I was nervous going into this appointment but Julia made me feel at ease and the whole experience was almost completely pain free! Julia is a very friendly person and I would recommend her to anyone! Thank you so much : ))
