Ella answered all emails quickly and eith care and attention. Nothing seemed too much. Even when I misunderstood the products arriving, I thought I had received everything, she explained what was happening.

Although my LP1 pro is functioning…

Although my LP1 pro is functioning well, the software part looks very outdated. I am little bit frustrated about that. The Design Space app is not supported and community app is crashing on my phone. But the manager LIN did a good job and helped me to find older version that is working on my device. Now i can use my LP pro again despite the fact that the app is very old

Customer service

I understand that the support team is in China and the time difference, but I have to say you will have the response the next day with every possible solution both in instructions and video.
I have bought two machines from them and the third one is coming soon. Great software, great machine and great customer service. Thank you

Customer service

The Customer Support team member LIN was very fast in responding to the support issues I raised. There was no nonsense or excuses and I got a replacement part delivered very quickly.

Excellent Customer Service

Placing an order in the holidays will always present challenges due to the high amount of work. But after placing my order, I was experiencing some delays. Having contacted customer service about this, I was helped by Camille. She was very helpful with the relevant information & steps I needed. However Camille didn't stop there and was of service until the day I got my package. So 5 stars for that!

While the machining process itself has its challenges, the product is intuitively easy to use and lowers the difficulty of the work, which I find very good.

Regarding support, I was assisted by “kita-san,” whose courteous support response I found very good.

Raised a support ticket got a prompt reply.
Received a replacement unit after NY.
Shout out to Ella who kept me informed of progress and resolved the issue without any delays.

Great and professional assistance

First class service and first class product!

My experience with laser pecker staff so far has been exceptional. When I had questions about my order they were very quick when replying and answered all my questions. The LX2 is without doubt the best machine I've used so far. Couldn't recommend this company enough.
