Laserpecker does not answer phone calls…
Laserpecker does not answer phone calls or messages on instagram. I ran into an issue with an order, paypal was of zero help and put it on laserpecker. Laserpecker did not respond to me in a timely manner and did not answer paypal. Their operational hours are not real. On top of it all - I incurred fees with my bank halting this error on laserpecker and paypals parts. Then it went completely silent on responses. Pretty disappointed.

Trying to coerce a customer into changing a review based on factual experience is not only wrong but it violates Trustpilot and pretty much any other review site. They refused to make this right with me considering I have real losses from theirs and paypals negligence. And their lack of responsiveness caused further issues. I warn anyone against using this company as they have now proven to me they are not only careless, reckless and without regard of their customers but also lack proper professionalism and responsiveness for business standards.

Because I would not remove my review, they abruptly closed the ticket and ceased conversation with me without honoring the discount or making the fees right. I am referring the matter to my attorney for potential small claims court. I have reported this to my state as well and seeking other remedies. In addition I have reported this to Trustpilot and they gave a canned response of they would investigate. I feel like no accountability will be had here so I will spread this specific review to every review site there is until a remedy is rendered.
