Never had a problem with LPS!! I own several lasers purchased over the last 2 years, and have had zero problems with the lasers, or customer service. I'm in the USA, and get my lasers within the 14 day delivery time.
You will not find a better laser store!!

pretty good - considering the price

I anticipated a 2 week delivery time but was more like 4 weeks. Was concerned for a while that it got seized at the border, but it came a few days ago!

Bought two(2) of the 532nm. for both the safety label reads <5mw for output power, but it's more like ~50mw. The beam is on the thinner side compared to other laser pointers, but is visible in broad daylight, and is super impressive at night! Way too bright to use with pets 😜

This was a gift for someone else. It arrived well-protected, and even included appropriate safety glasses. The laser works well, and is powerful. The case will get warm, but not unreasonably quickly. It feels durable. The recipient was pleased with it.

Bought 2 inexpensive laser pens. The red is nice and bright but the batteries rattle around inside. The violet one holds the batteries securely but within a day of trying the intensity is so low and dull you can't see the spot from 10 feet away with the lights off.

I ordered the laser pointers 23 days ago and still don't have them.

Second ordrer of a Sanwu pocket laser, this time a 488 nm after my first 505 nm a few months ago. Very pleased. beautiful truly blue beam, quite different from the 505 nm which I would describe as "cyanish green". Great machining and all accessories included as described.

You need to be specific with what batteries the laser takes put up a link or something

I placed my order and 3 weeks later, when I hadn't received my order nor did I get a tracking number I sent you an email stating this. I then received an email wherein you asked me to review something I never got-a laser pointer! I finally got my laser pointer today and I also received a response from you. You basically called me a liar by stating that you had sent me a tracking number. Your product gets a rating of 4 but your customer service brings my overall rating down to 1.

Got my laser in a little over two weeks. Very pleased with it. I got the 3 watt Thor H2 and it arrived in perfect condition with good packaging. I don't have a laser power meter but it definitely burns through stuff and looks like a light saber outside at night!

As all ways great laser color and beam very nice.

Received the items in good order. Nice power meter to measure the output of a lasers in watts. Easy to use. Great price.

Fast delivery, laser as described. I was not expecting that blue/purple laser to be so "weak" compared to the green and the red ones. But without the star filter, it is somehow on par with the others.
Given that all 3 lasers are used for light painting photography, the luminous output is important to me. And they do deliver. Just bare in mind that the green one is FAR more luminous than the 2 others.
Burning stuff ? I so don't care about that, did not tried and will not

The lens needs to be adjusted. It seems to be a purple "flashlight", not a lazer. I'd be happy to buy another attachment to be able to use my (laser). With a focused lens

Best lasers at the best budget, the shipping was fast and i didint have problems with it. I ordered a thor h2 3w on 23 dec and i received on 6 ian. Works very good and the build quality is good.
I ordered 10 moths ago a thor m2 1.6w and and it still works very well.
Also they respond fast to tickets and with useful information !

For $50 bucks I have deff got my money inn entertainment back. The h series thor is badass bright and burns stuff, Blk/blue dark stuff don’t stand a chance if beam is focused wish I got the beam focus extender Would Make stronger. Good buy,
