Laser Star out of Florida and Ca has…

Laser Star out of Florida or Ca has horrible customer service, ALL ATTITUDE!! i have owned my laser for 5 months and the Digital head with the Galvo motors took a C##p and they want 1100 to replace it. not to mention when I purchased this unit I bought software that they charged me 1400.00 for and I find out it is EZCAD which is a free download. not happy. support is 150 an hour, they give no preset up directions and they waste 10 minutes telling you well if you had this done and that done first we could be working.. but its your dollar and your 1 hour.

NOT FOR CANADIAN CUSTOMERS

This company has a decent product but if you are a Canadian client, run. DO NOT PURCHASE! There are plenty other options. Save for the tech helping me repair my laser welder, the rest of the company is like a previous reviewer said, a shit sandwich. Trying to converse with what I presumed was a glorified receptionist was akin to talking to an AI with the IQ of a simpleton who kept repeating that they do not ship to Canada even when I just wanted clarification on why they can ship other overpriced parts and accessories to Canada (including a gallon of deionized water that I did not request or catch on the invoice), but not this repaired part in particular. I think she was being purposely obtuse and wanted to show her cHarisma, Uniqueness, Nerve, and Talent. You wouldn’t expect anything else I guess when dealing with someone from a red state.

I spent $250K on a 300 watt laser welder and a 60 watt engraver.
The software training for the marker was decent. The customer service is almost non-existent. The software is full of bugs and glitches for both machines.
They have attempted to double charge for parts/labor 3 times. Their accounting dept. is a shit sandwich.
Really not sure whats going on with this company. My next step is to contact BBB if my issues are not resolved.

A company of experts

A company of experts! Service after the sale tells the commitment of a company that relies on the customer to be profitable. Since my purchase I have formed excellent relationships with 2 locations on the west coast and the east coast. Everyone I have delt with I almost consider them part of my team. The professional ladies that make sure I get the information I need and arrange where I am supposed to be. They are above 5 star! The level of laser techniques and technology is so advanced that taking a person with zero experience should be impossible. LaserStar trainers Tom, Jason, and Nick are the best the industry has to offer. Tom began my ownership training and remained a text message away anytime I needed help. He recognized that my needs were more than those who might be doing a couple of jobs. I was contacted by Jason “note that I have not been calling customer service tech line they are contacting me”. We had over the phone interaction training and emails that included helpful insights. He soon knew it was time for advanced training. Today here I am graduating from the training Nick in the Florida office eloquently took me through. After completing my training with Nick I could go on and on about the methods they use for instruction, however if you are reading this all you need to know they are laser perfect in every way. Thank you all.
