As others have stated I also inadvertently signed up to a subscription service via their other website indestructible tights. I later purchased the mascara and again was unknowingly signed up to vip benefits. I couldn’t see any clear indication of this when ordering and although they later sent the terms and conditions they were not clearly laid out on the website. Given that so many people have signed up without intending to, would alert a more ethical company to change their practices - which they haven’t done and continue to lure people into signing up for benefits they never use. They only offered a refund of half the amount. After cancelling my subscription however they still charged me again and are refusing to refund any money. Don’t order from here! .

I am angry.... I purchased the mascara as a 1 time purchase, I am very careful when I order things as these days every website wants to try and do add on's or get an auto charge. So I do look for that, product arrived, tried it once, the mascara is ok but nothing fabulous, THEN a month later I was charged $54 for some vip membership I did not agree to, contacted them and I was told that I did click the vip membership ( I know I didn't) and will offer me a 50% refund. I don't even know what I have purchased. And when the vip membership money comes out, there is no email notification that you have been charged or what you have purchased. I had to go through PayPal to see what company took money out. I cancelled the auto charge in PayPal, they did reply telling me they have cancelled my membership at their end,so now I have to hope that is true, but I've lost money for no good reason. If they do this to every customer they are making a lot of money being dishonest.. total scam....

Wish I had read all these reviews. Ordered a mascara at £14.99 with the discount. Said no to all pop ups & add ons. Clicked no to VIP & now they have taken $54 out of my account. Tried to cancel within 30 mins of transaction & they said would refund me $20 if I keep the order. I said no cancel it all & have heard nothing back. Have had to cancel my card just incase they try to steal more. Reporting them to Action Fraud.
Since my last post. I noticed they had taken out $71. I have now been refunded $54. Mascara is still to arrive. Thank you for your reply. But I DID NOT click on extras. I declined all & VIP so please do NOT say I did.

I wish I could give a ZERO rating!! I saw the ad on Facebook and decided to purchase the mascara. After turning down multiple "add on" products, I finally got to the end and was able to purchase the product. I received the product and it was NOTHING like the picture shown!! It was two very small red and white tubes that had hardly anything in them! I contacted customer service and they told me they could only give me a partial refund that did not include the shipping, that I would have to pay for the shipping. I told them it was ridiculous that they wouldn't cover the shipping for a fraudulent, scam product!! So I filed a dispute with my credit card company for a full refund. When PayPal found out I had already asked for a refund from the customer, they told me I need to pursue that first. I went back to LashCosmetics and asked for a refund, stating their policy on the website:

Bought “vibely” mascara (not branded that way when delivered BTW); good enough product to keep using. However at check out, there were multiple other pop ups trying to sell me other things or discounted this and that. I was charged extra for something I am sure I did not click, for expedited shipping. They refunded no problem.
But a month later I am charged 48 CAD. When inquiring, they say it’s for a VIP membership that I clicked on. Which I remember doing, but not the info about a charge for 30 days days after. Apparently it was for 10% off and free s/h which I also do not remember seeing. I would never have agreed to this.
I am trying to get a refund but they are offering only 50%. We’ll see what happens.
Positive part is communication is fast.
Overall, be very careful of all the “offers” at checkout and do not click on anything extra.

Mascara purchased was dry so straight in bin .
A month later got charged for another l would never want .
Apparently auto purchase had be set up which l wouldn’t do . They did try to bombard you with other offers .
What a shame l didn’t see these reviews before initial order . hopefully PayPal has stopped auto payment .
I’m left with no mascara and wasted $100

Multiple things added to my order and when I contested it they continued my.order when I said not to and was with in the 24 hour period.

I saw an ad for the mascara on Facebook, decided to order. After checkout they pop up with these very scammy looking popups trying to sell you more stuff, I kept clicking deny, and it just kept on with the popups, so I exited the page. Not knowing if my original order had gone through with me exiting the page, I decided to check my bank app and saw that my original order did go through, as well as an additional charge for $64.04. I made an account on their website to see if I can find my order to cancel or get an order number. It says (1) next to "my orders" but there's nothing to click on to show the order. I sent an email requesting a refund and got a response offering 25% off the "accidentally" ordered items. If they don't give a full refund I will contact my credit card company for a charge back. Save yourself the headache, this whole thing is very scammy.

Please, please, PLEASE do not get sucked in by these SCAMMERS! I ordered ONE tube of mascara and agreed to pay the rather high shipping rate. It was supposed to be a one-time order. Before I was allowed to submit my order, numerous pop-up offers appeared. In each case I DECLINED the offer, so I was surprised to get a confirmation for several additional charges, plus a charge for expedited shipping. I contacted customer service immediately to explain the problem and ask that the additional charges be removed. They offer me a 25% discount. For products I DID NOT ORDER and DO NOT WANT. Then when I checked my Pay Pal account, I discovered that they put my order into Auto Ship so I can continue to be cheated over and over. My bank is going to file a fraud complaint and cancel the credit card. What they are doing is illegal.

Product is not what they described it to be, there are better mascaras for half the price that does a better job. Plus if you put a review they dont like on facebook they remove it to only have positive reviews. It’s made in china so wouldnt expect anything good to be honest, wasted my money

I am fuming 😤 I ordered mascara from Lash Cosmetics on Saturday. I wanted only one, but after I completed the one purchase the website kept having popups with other deals and I am sure I said no to all but apparently not and I got another 2 for a bigger amount. I immediately sent an email requesting them to cancel that order and refund. I got an email back and the lady is negotiating 25% refund or 50% refund. Last night I went to my bank app and saw another amount out of my bank. I requested a cancellation on all products and full refund of all my money. This is stealing and I want my money back. Still haven't heard anything back

I purchased this mascara after seeing ads on FB for it, the product seemed a reasonable price $19.99 for one, however I also had the same issue as others whereby when in process of purchasing,an offer popped up for 3 more mascaras, which I declined, unfortunately I was charged for them and received them. They are advertised in NZD however your payment is in USD which makes these mascaras quite expensive. I quickly emailed their customer service and are pleased to say I experienced great customer service with daily reply emails to my issue. I chose to return them as they were not for me and have already received my refund. A lesson learned for me too 😊

I got the mascara and immediately contacted customer service as it was thick and stringy and unusable. They offered a refund if i paid shipping or a small refund if I kept the product. I was already upset because I was charged for promos that I clicked no to, that was a pain to start with. I would never buy this product again. Be a good company and stand behind a product that is completely unusable...I have photos if anyone cares to see them

I tried to buy ONE Lash Mascara but the website tried to add extra. I clicked on the link to decline the offer, but in order to continue buying the mascara, then had to click on the Continue Purchase link. I applied the 10% discount offered on their webpage because the one for 15% they had emailed didn't work either!
I was LIVID to immediately see in my emails that the company had charged me for FOUR orders taking £8.18, £14.79, £34.41 and £36.88!!!
Immediately writing them an email to CANCEL ALL straight away, I received an automated reply stating a "ticket" had been issued a"usually"within 24 hours.
I wasn't prepared to wait that long and cancelled them all directly with my bank and also the bank card, as a precaution, because I since saw others complaining of the company deducting monies monthly for joining a "VIP Club" which they hadn't done.
Sure enough, instead of addressing cancelling, the company just sent an email to "activate" my VIP Club Membership, which I sent directly to reporting spam and blocking!
Although my bank have reimbursed me for taking swift action, it will be inconvenient for a few days not being able to use my old card, but I can still do online transactions. It is a precaution in case the company try to deduct monies from me in future.
According to many other reviews the mascara takes ages to arrive and many claim it is of poor quality anyway, so I will be avoiding them from now on.
Lesson learned...and don't you get the same hassle!
UPDATE! Since emailing the company to immediately CANCEL ALL orders and give me a 100% refund, Stefanie Collins, their Customer Care Specialist, first offered me 50% discount on the extra items I DID NOT order (!!), then when I replied again to CANCEL ALL and issue 100% REFUND, wrote again saying she could remove the extra items and just send me the ONE Mascara I originally wanted and "Would that be okay for you?" WHAT part of my repeated request to CANCEL ALL and issue 100% REFUND does she not understand?
My bank have reimbursed me and my new card has just arrived so this company won't be able to cause me further hassle.
I highly recommend you AVOID THEM!!!

If I could give no stars I’d do that! Product doesn’t do what it’s advertised to do. So right off the bat, it’s subpar.
Then, a month after my order I get charged twice as much for a VIP Membership I don’t recall agreeing to. I would not have ordered if I knew there would be an ongoing subscription. Into PayPal I go, their e-commerce profile lists an email and website…. The website doesn’t exist. And the email seems to go off into the black hole of the internet with no response. Because I filed a dispute with PayPal they then want nothing to do with me when I do finally reach them by phone (waited 20+ minutes in a queue that kept telling me I’d be answered in less than two minutes).
They don’t care that their e-commerce info isn’t correct. I need an authorization number to return said subpar mascara. But wait! Am I sure I don’t want to browse the VIP section of the website and make a purchase? NO!! Save your money, time and energy and don’t do business with this shady-ass company. Drugstore mascara is better.
