Scammers

They start taking money out as a subscription with no agreement put in place for this.

Item also wasn’t received

So bad. They just take money and keep taking it. Sticking to normal lashes or mascara and buying in store now

I ordered two £1 eyelash serums from lash plus with no mention of a subscription service. Then 14 days later they charged my account £158 without permission and said they had sent out two more bottles, which I never recieved. I have been trying to get my money back but the company are foreign and don't have an English address. None of their representatives speak English and they don't have a phone contact. PLEASE do not order from Lash Plus, they are a fraudulent company.

Taken money from me 8month after I canciled.. and still not returned it

They are thieves company!!! One day it appeared an advertisement on my Facebook of this product for just 1 £, so I give my bank account details, and they took 1£. The product doesn't come anyway, they just took 1 pound from my acaunt and didn't left me any prove like email etc... Than I understand that is a frode but I didn't do nothing because for just 1 £ it's no make difference.
After above 8 months I saw there is missing 69 pound in my bank from eyelashes!!! I ask a refaund and close my subscription but didn't get any refaund.
Great plan to thieve money like this!!!

Taken money from my account again £41.04 and previous they took £39 but they don’t have a phone number, only an email address and an address that isn’t in English. I never signed up to the subscription and now had to get my bank to block them from taking money out.

I would like someone from this company to contact me ASAP...... I've just had £39 taken from my bank account..... with no knowledge of the company or product..... I am not very happy and would appreciate a very quick response

It says for free but after they took £69 from bank account and set up as monthly payments. Not refunding even if you sending them back! Worst customer service ever!

e don't order nothing from them ,i did't get any product from them . And was like 6 month ago when i first time.visit they site . And now i realize they still from me 69 pounds 8 th september 2017 I am very angry. I gonna try get refund ..but after this review i can see i not gonna get refund. I just will try for approve for bank. Maybe my bank gonna help to do ! Avoid any purchase from them even for 1 £

I think the free trial is a great idea and studies have shown that lashplush doesn't have the harmful chemical that other lash extenders have hidden in their ingredients list.

Works absolutely perfectly! So good. Very impressed.

So far, so good! I'm already starting to see some small growth, after only a week. My lashes are looking darker for sure, which I can tell because they were always so light. Looking forward to seeing how they are at the end of the month!

The product is great. And it came to my adress after just a few days. My only concern is that i didnt get a receipt at first, it also took a couple of days, but once i got the receipt it didnt take long for the product to arrive.

Easy to apply, can't wait to see the result
