Uploaded invoice from vet after the description of the incident in the app. It was processed in minutes automatically and it refund was in bank statement a couple of minutes later. Hope it keeps working like this in the future :)

Long process of reimbursement
The process of reimbursement when your dog is sick takes way too long. The support say it takes at least 30 days for them to process the reimbursement, which is a bad experience.
However, reimbursement for vaccination is quite fast.

In some cases, claims related to illnesses require a more detailed review and additional medical assessment, which can unfortunately lead to longer processing times than routine preventive care such as vaccinations. That said, we understand that this does not meet the experience you expected from us.
