Awful
Lassie have taken more than the 15 working days to reply to me regarding a claim. When I chased them for an answer, someone took my call and told me that I should expect a positive outcome. When the outcome finally came, it was to tell me I would not receive a reimbursement. This was frustrating as they had mislead me. Then, when I attempted to speak to someone on the phone, they told me they had no one available. Each time I was forced to chat to an AI agent before messaging with someone. They told me I could take an appointment 5 days later. I decided to instead send an email. I sent my email 8 working days ago to rebute their rejection of my claim, and today, customer service when I contacted them on their website (as yet again, I am left waiting for a reply) they informed me there is a separate email address to send rebuttals to. No one had felt it necessary to reply to my email sent 8 days ago to inform me of this and I have now lost over a week again. The procedure in question took place on 6th March it is now 14th April. Terrible customer service and it feels like a scam as they have rejected my claim but feel no need to speak to me about it to explain why.
