Light came in damaged

Light came in damaged. I reported this to customer service and asked if I could return the light. We emailed back and forth multiple times because they wanted to give a partial refund. Eventually they said I had to take a picture with the light in the trash to get a full refund. They told me it would take up to 2 weeks for a refund and when I checked in after a week they had not processed it. I finally got a confirmation email and a refund 2 days later. I'm not even sure I was corresponding with a human, I think it was an AI bot.

Unfortunately wouldn’t recommend

It looks cheaper/less sturdy in person, and the bulb it came with was dim. I bought a much brighter bulb from the hardware store for $10. I bought the largest chandelier, but it’s still small and looks flimsy in person. It’s not worth the $300+ it cost. I also had a frustrating experience working with customer sevice. The product took 3 weeks to ship despite being told it would take much less. It shipped from China, is not American/European made.

Great product for a fair price

Ok we read all the previous reviews and concern and were seriously worried. I contacted customer service to check if I could get my money back, which would was confirmed. In the meantime we got the lamp we ordered and it is exactly what we had ordered! Actually is better than expedited and looks exactly like on the photos! Yes not all was perfect, but the supplier added additional parts just in case.

The end product is great! We love our new lamp! If we would have bought it in a shop, it would have been easy twice the money.

la sola did really when for us and I will order another lamp for sure!

lighting purchased, very dissatisfied

I bought a light from them. It was drop-shipped from China. The quality was really poor and did not look at all like the picture from their website. I tried returning it and the return rules were so strict it was nearly impossible. I finally tried to hang the light and the electrical wires were torn. Such a frustrating experience

The description of the light on the website did not have the measurements. I thoughtI was buying the large but the small measurements were the only ones on the website. Poor advertising. And then they wouldn’t let me exchange it.

Haney Simple Metal Linear LED Ceiling Light Spotlight Black

I like their page, the product is clear, I can see well what the product actually looks like with the video shown on the page, and there is a very clear installation video. This is very convenient for my shopping. The best part is that the product is actually what the page shows. The quality is great and the installation is fantastic. I feel very satisfied with this purchase. It definitely deserves a five out of five rating from me.

Worst customer service experience ever

Worst customer service experience ever. This web store pretends to be US based. It is in fact not "LasSola USA" as it says on the website. When there is a problem you will then realize that there is no actual phone number to call. There is only an email address with a five day response time. You will not get a refund or be sent missing parts for a faulty item. Be prepared to get your money back through your credit card company or Paypal.

good fotos - poor quality at a very high price

Minderwertige Wahre wird über stark geschönte Bilder überteuert verkauft. Bei der Rückgabe bieten sie erst 30% dann 50% Preisnachlass an wenn man den Artikel behält und drohen gleichzeitig mit Gebühren im Falle der Rücknahme, Versand nur per "DHL Kurier" zu Lasten des Käufers...

Habe den Artikel jetzt trotzdem zurückgeschickt und bin gespannt ob zumindest einen Teil meines Geldes wieder sehe.

The only positive thing are the excellent pictures in the web shop. In reality poor quality products ar sold at high prices and are delivered direct from china (~6 weeks shipping time)

Refund is made difficult and extra fees are charged. Of course the cost for shipping back to the shop has also be paid by the customer.

I sent it back and am now waiting for the refund. Lets see if I see at least any of my mony again :(

Do Not Buy

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from them. Their description of their products DOES NOT match what is sent to you. The customer service is terrible and slow to respond. Even though their product description is not accurate you as the customer are still responsible for return shipping and a restocking fee. I will never purchase from them again and I recommend you avoid going through what I have and avoid them.

Great customer service

We purchased a wall light and when it came it was broken. We emailed Las Sola and they had us send pictures of the damage. They quickly got back to us and guided us on how to proceed. We received a refund in a few days. They were wonderful to work with. There was no hassles and we will be looking for other Las Sola lights.
