They send me different coffee making…

They send me different coffee making set, which of course is cheaper.
It took a month to send, not 5-8 business days.
I am going to try to get a refund or to somehow fix this, lets see. I am not realy positive about any action from their side.
Return will cost me again some money, I guess they are misusing this fact.

Great experience

Yes I had a great experience. I had some concerns ordering outside of my country Canada. They had reassured me that my order would be delivered as fast as it could with a tracking number. They were true to there word and was prompt via email in their response. My order was well packed and secure. The items are well made and true to their advertisement. Very Happy with both my orders. Im a Happy Customer!

I am happy with my purchase, the product exceeded my expectations. Only the delivery time is a bit late, but that's to be expected for an international purchase. I would definitely buy again.

I ordered an Lastaforest pneumatic…

I ordered an Lastaforest pneumatic espresso machine that uses a pump and have faced several issues. First, it took more than a month to arrive, but worse than that there wasn’t a pump. When I mentioned that to Customer Service, they didn’t really respond at all. And then I wrote again and they responded by we’re sending you a pump in a separate order.

I had already ordered a pump online from somewhere else and tested the espresso machine with quite poor results.

And, lastly they sent a link to Trust Pilot and mentioned I’ll receive 5% off on my next order if I give them 4 or 5 stars. I’ve copied in exactly what they wrote me below. I’d skip this company on ordering anything.

Responsive communication

Ordered a portafilter and 2 baskets all came quickly given it was international shipping. Packed well and safe, was even able to return a product easily that won’t fit my new machine.

Lies. Lies. And more lies.

Where to start. Let’s start with the blatant lie that shipping will be from a warehouse in the USA. False, as apparently their entire catalog comes from mainland China. Let’s also segue into the second part then of shipping. They claim that shipping will be 7-10 business days. I’m now more than a month into a a purchase after ordering it. One top of that, their customer service is poor to put it kindly, with response times of about 48 hours for basic queries if you are lucky. Along with that, they claim a 4.5 star trustpilot rating in their website. As you see here….that is far, far from the truth.

All products are Temu crap

Huge scam! Don’t buy any of their products.
I bought two ‘ESPRESSO SHOT GLASS WITH MEASURING SCALE’ as a gift. Usually, I google products from websites that I’m not familiar with, but (unfortunately) I didn’t do it before placing an order at lastaforest.com

It was not until I received the tracking details that I realized it was a scam. My order was shipped from China. After a quick search online, I realized that I could’ve bought the exact same glasses on Temu at 1/10 the price. My order was simply placed at Temu by the distributor and then shipped directly to my address 🙃

This is one of the smarter scamming methods in circulation at the moment. Creating a quick and trustworthy European looking website using AI. While it’s just a Temu cover up, and the people behind these websites make a ton of money shipping Temu crap to their customers.

Stay alert, people!! Lots of scammers like this all over the www

Terrible company

Terrible company. It’s unclear when my order will arrive, I cannot cancel my order due to unclear reasons and the exact same products can be ordered at AliExpress for less.

Has taken over 32 days to get my…

Has taken over 32 days to get my products and still not arrived. The shipping company keeps trying to deliver to my business before 7am and wont leave a note how to contact them. Online chat wont respond, emails wont respond back. Buyer Beware!

bottomless filter basket

Ordered the bottomless filter basket on the promise that it was an outstanding product. How wrong could I be!! It is absolutely useless, coffee went everywhere. It’s now in the rubbish bin!!!Would not buy anything else from them

Do not use this website if you own a Gaggia

Using a Gaggia Classic (pre 2015). I bought a bottomless portafilter on their website, which stated “for gaggia 58mm, not for Gaggia classic pro & classic EVO” When i tried fitting the portafilter onto my machine, it could not fit properly, so i promptly reached out to them.
Their customer service only gives PR replies and any returns they will deduct a 15% “restocking fee” and expect me to pay for my refund. Even though their website was not specific enough. Horrible experience.
I cant even sell this portafilter, because who uses a non-classic series Gaggia machine?
i strongly regret buying from this website as the other products can be found elsewhere for cheaper

Keep your expectations low

I placed my order on 11 May, monies deducted immediately, received email auto-response, unable to contact the Hong Kong based company.

Finally, received an email response and asked for a refund, Lastaforest unable to process because "it has been shipped", but no tracking information available.

I live in hope...
