NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE

It's over 100day I applied for refund of my trip Booking ID: 1755830410. which we paid £1,534.48. Till this moment I'm writing you we have not received any response nor our refund. Please take urgent action and help us get back our money. This is becoming a nightmare. One star rating is really undeserved!!!

Disgusting Company

I have booked a holiday for a travel date between 8th April-11th April and the booking was cancelled due to CoronaVirus. Its more than 2 months and still awaiting refund !! Absolute disgusting company.. do not use them for holidays

I booked a package deal on the 30/06/2017
I had booked 3 nights and 3days to Barcelona

My booking confirmation states I have paid for 3 nights and 3 days however in fact I'm only there for 3 nights and 2 days, My flight was at 11.25 which means I would need to leave my hotel at 8:00am to get the airport for 830am this is not a day in Barcelona. I called to discuss the matter - I spoke with a gentleman called J. Desouza who told that the booking is correct and if I wish to change the flight I would face charges I don't understand how I should be liable to pay for flight changes when I have paid for 3 night however due to the flights its only 2days .. I'm not receiving what I've paid for! I felt the conversation wasn't getting anywhere so I asked to talk to higher management. 

After being on hold I was then on the phone to a lady called Lynn I don't have a surname as this was refused once asked for! I had a lengthy discussion and was told a number of different excuses which I was state below
First excuse was that my booking is correct I do have 3 nights and 3 days as a day starts from 1AM in the morning  - No body on holiday starts their day at 1 am in the morning after my 3rd night and waking up at the average time of breakfast which I would class as the morning around 0600am that's when I would class as the day starting I have 2 hours to leave for the airport. This is not my 3rd day! I'm not there! I also asked 4 times for Lynn to send me the Terms And Conditions to state this and Lynn would not send me the Terms And Conditions to back statements up which leaves me to believe they are in the wrong. I've paid for 3 days and LastMinuet.com has selected me an early flight which leaves me without what I've paid for so effectively they are taking my money for profit.
Second excuse Lynn tried to blame the check in times for the hotel  stating the hotel class the day of arrival as the first day which the hotel would as check-ins are usual around 2 / 3pm and check outs around 10 / 11 am on departure I would agree with this statement however I arrive in the country at 20:00 local time so this is NOT MY FIRST DAY ITS MY FIRST NIGHT.  She continued to state that I was correct that the 24th is not a day as the days I have are the 21st, 22nd & 23rd which is incorrect.

 After going around in circles Lynn passed me over to Sarang Ganla who patronized me asking "So all you have a problem with is what our emails state? that's all?" This is my holiday and yes this is my problem you have a days payment for profit in which you're customer is not receiving!!!
Mr Ganla then told me that all emails are automated and not personalized so there is nothing he can do about it - My email states all my information and a unique booking ID so lease tell me how this is not personalized ?! So everyone who books with you gets the same email regardless of what they have purchased? I think not. 

Throughout the whole process not one person apologized or offered to help but the only thing they offered was more money from me to pay for a different flight!! I spoke to 3 people and it took an hour and a half out my day!!!

No T&C were sent to and I have also wrote a complaint email well over 7 business days ago and I've still had no response!
