Been waiting since March 2020 for a…

Been waiting since March 2020 for a refund on four four flights. I received part of my money back in December 2020 but I am still owed over £1000. Keep getting the same response “please be patient, delays are due to COVID!!!!!!!” Just recently I’ve been getting no response at all to my Helpdesk messages. I strongly advise not booking any travel through KIWI.com if you want good customer service and a piece of mind that you’ll get a prompt refund in the event of any cancellation. I’m now seriously considering seeking legal advice!!

Have been waiting 8 months for a refund…

Have been waiting 8 months for a refund that was cancelled due to covid-19. Had to personally chance after the carrier airlines myself and they processed the refund within a week, sadly though that has to go through kiwi.com. I've been waiting an extra 2 months now since both the airlines have processed their refunds. when I Try and get answers from the customer service they just say I need to be patient. Would give them 0 stars if I could! DON'T BOOK WITH KIWI.COM!

No refound

Do not book anything, if something goes wrong with your booking and you have paid, they will keep your money telling you that you have pushed the wrong bottom. Even thought 2 person saw that the correct bottom was pushed. - So now they have your money on an account that you are forced to use at Kiwi. No one wants have money placed on an account for laver use. Totally unsatisfied treatment from the company kiwi.

Pure scam

Pure scam, got a ticket Malta-Amsterdam cancelled due to covid-19 on 23th Mar. It's already unreal that I had to pay 20 EUR just to process a refund request. As stated in their conditions, it can take up to 3 months, and obviously after 90 days, I didn't see any refund/voucher. I'm just looking for a way to take the matter further since I don't get any reply from them, is someone has any advice, will be wel accepted.

KIWI.COM is a SCAM

KIWI.COM is a SCAM. They will not provide flights nor refunds. DO NOT believe any positive reviews, they are posted by Kiwi's people to further scam unsuspecting people's money.

Do not buy off these people. Daylight robbery.

Save yourself money, time n energy n book with someone else. I always trusted skyscanner. Never again as this is what I got kiwi.com. I initially booked a flight at £250 n it was taken out of my account. I then received email to say that it was cancelled and had a refund of €10.00. I complained and after a few days they reinstated it saying it was system failure. I then booked another individual on to the same booking and was charged £271.00. As they where great sorting first problem out I thought I could trust them. Well no. I have evidence from kiwi to say that it was my friends name on the booking at time of processing it. Once confirmed the second ticket had my name on it. They said it was my fault, despite showing evidence that it was my friend name on it. They wont acknowledge it saying that I have to pay for name change and £30 admin fee. Kiwi has to be the worst ever they will scam you at ever opportunity they can. Just check online and you will see.

kiwi will make you pay greatly for the errors of their malfunctioning booking systems

After admitting to several system errors that were the fault of the company, we were left stranded in the airport with no flight and absolutely no compensation or willingness to work with us to create a new booking.

They are making their customers pay for their errors.

Though it may initially seem more affordable to book with kiwi, in the end there is a good chance you will end up paying exponentially more because of their non-existent customer care. We are now out around €1500 euros because of errors kiwi made. This is criminal.

Kiwi guarantee and the other trust-boosters the site boasts are absolute fraud no doubt masquerading behind endless fine print that ensures the customer always loses.

Great customer service by Giorgio!!!!

I booked my flights from Barcelona to Vienna and from Vienna to Milan and needed to purchase one checkin luggage so I called the Italian customer service number for help. The operator Giorgio was very helpfu and kind and I was able to pay online via a link in manage my booking to purchase the check in luggage before I arrive at the airport. I’m very impressed by Giorgio’s efficiency and patience. Five stars to him!
