Poor customer service

Poor customer service, they put me on hold for too long and the guy from sale support did know how to apply a credit to my new ticket,also they changed me $75 for rebooking due to the pandemic!

Gosh I wish I had come here before…

Gosh I wish I had come here before booking with them and read this. They are terrible. Don't use them. Just don't. Pay the extra $300, $400 or whatever to go directly with the airline and save yourself the NIGTMARE of using these liars.

CROOKS

BEWARE! This is a very unethical business. They sold me their “Platinum” Travel Assist plan, which is advertised to be the only way to avoid paying their exorbitant service fees for any changes to your reservation. Once they had my credit card information, they proceeded to violate their own policy by making an additional unauthorized charge to my credit card of $300 six weeks later after the AIRLINE had made an AUTOMATIC change to the flight times on my reservation six weeks earlier when the airline’s flight schedules got updated. The airline automatically placed me on an alternate flight when their schedules changed, which is a normal occurrence. Six weeks later, this company charged me a $300 “service fee” once they found out that the airline had made an update in their flight schedules. Their “customer service” is abysmal. After probably 20 emails and 6 phone calls, I have gotten no resolution on this matter. This is my last resort. BE WARNED.

THIS COMPANY IS THE MOST BLATANTLY DISHONEST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.
I PURCHASED A RETURN FLIGHT MOBILE/LONDON FOR 22 DECEMBER 2020. I CANCELLED BECAUSE LONDON WAS IN TIER 3 AND WENT TO TIER 4 (TOTAL SHUTDOWN) BECAUSE OF COVID VIRUS. THIS COMPANY GAVE ME TRAVEL CREDIT. WHEN I ATTEMPTED IN JANUARY 2021 TO APPLY THAT CREDIT I WAS INFORMED THAT I MUST PAY A SEPARATE $75, FEE FOR HOLDING THE TRAVEL CREDIT AND ANOTHER $150. ($75. CHANGE FEE; $50. RE-BOOKING FEE; $25. ADDITIONAL TAX). THIS IS IN ADDITION TO MY $667. TRAVEL CREDIT. THE NEW LISTED FARE WAS $687....$20. MORE THAN MY TRAVEL CREDIT!! THIS RIP-OFF IS OPERATED BY EROS TRAVEL. FOR THIS NEW TICKET I HAD NOT CHANGED CARRIERS, DEPARTURE OR ARRIVALPOINTS. B E W A R E !!!!

Crooks

I booked a flight through this company and they spelt my last name wrong, so when I went to the airport United couldn't find my name or reservation in the computer. They said to purchase another ticket for $1,500, which the original one was only $248.60. So they wouldn't let me on and I had to rent a vehicle to drive to my destination. United won't refund me my money or give me a credit to use i the future and neither with Lastminutefaredeals. Don't book anything with either.

They are thieves

This company is running by thieves. They just steal money from people. During this time of pandemic they can't help anything. Poor costumer services. I had a ticket due to covid i didn't fly then they charged me 311 for rebook while Delta told me we will not charge anything to rebook just call your agent and give them the confirmation number. Still they ask for more money. They even charge me $ 75 for cancellation and i didn't even accept the cancellation.
Please stay away from this thieves.

This company is the worst I have ever…

This company is the worst I have ever felt with. Bunch of crooks and thives that take advantage of people in times of pandemic. Do not trust them do not do business with them. They charged my credit card behind my back without my authorization. Do not give them your credit card. Also poor quality phone lines and take a long time to answer the phone.

Worst customer service booked ticket through them with emirates want to cancel due to corona virus , first it is tough to connect to them than after one hour of hold they picked and the person is very rude and frustrated said we cannot do anything we just cancel you wont get any refund or anything do what you want to do

I bought this ticket in a panic when my mother passed away unexpectedly. Seemed very easy, like a reputable company, but shortly after we ran into problems. The airline itself said the payment was not made, although the card was charged. (No ticket could be issued) We attempted to call back but could not get anyone on the line for an hour. Eventually it got handled, we were charged fees for this too. On the return flight, I needed to move it one day. This company wanted to charge $405! For fees! This company is all about the fees. If you can avoid this company at all, I would strongly advise it. I travel for work and have never waisted so much time being placed on hold.

this is a scam company

this is a scam company. Stay away from them!!!

They charged my credit card and never sent me my American Airlines ticket. And they do not pick up their support phone line (after 2 hours on hold even through they call it a 24/hour support line. They also their chat line has no link.

I immediately cancelled this charge and my credit card. I've wasted over 2 hours on this dumb SCAM company!

Don't you get caught in their trap!
