Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service! I had ordered a backpack which was a pre order, then a while later saw another one I liked more. I thought I would message them and ask if they can switch the order, I was hesitant because other companies usually wouldn’t especially on a pre order. I got a message right back with a “sure not a problem” the next day my backpack was shipped and a day after that I received it. I have quite a large collection of loungefly backpacks and have bought from many different shops, but this is by far my best experience. Side note: Vincent is extremely polite and has great customer service skills

Wasn't sure initially, but great site and quick service!
Wasn't sure about ordering from this place. I really wanted a bag they had and took a chance. Was very pleasantly surprised by how quick the order shipped. Another cool thing is it arrived in a holographic bag. Nice touch. Main thing is that they are legit and I got what I ordered in a timely manner.
