Rubbish company

Rubbish company. I live in flat they delivered my parcel to a lobby area and just left it there where 100’s of people passing everyday and never provided me with the tracking number or told me it was shipped. When i asked where is my parcel they said it has been delivered 4 days ago. I went to the lobby and didn’t found my package it was stolen. When I contacted this company they told me it was left in the “safe area” and it was me who told them to leave it there. I’ve never told you to leave my parcel in the lobby!!
Will never buy anything from them again.
