Sono contento di essere il primo a recensire questa azienda anche se onestamente non mi aspettavo che non ci fossero recensioni.. Sia perché in tema di aromi/liquidi estratti di tabacco sono un'autorità assoluta sia per l'esperienza che ho avuto acquistando direttamente dal loro sito qualche mese fa. Approfittando di uno sconto del 30% ho fatto scorta di Latakia (spettacolare) e nonostante le note dello store indicavano le ss gratuite oltre x€, al momento del pagamento mi sono state addebitate. Chiaramente me n'ero accorto prima del pagamento ma seppur leggermente infastidito concludo l'acquisto e scrivo loro comunicandogli l'anomalia. Bene.. Non passa nemmeno un giorno ed il fratello del titolare mi chiama scusandosi del disguido (non voluto) e rimborsando le ss. Se non é customer care questa! Ne é seguita una piacevole conversazione sui loro estratti che non ha fatto altro che confermare quello che pensavo... Azienda e prodotti stellari.
