An andere Dienstleister wenden

Zu Anfang war ich sehr optimistisch, jedoch warte ich seit über 9 Monaten auf eine Entschädigung. Mir wurde was versprochen bzw. Hoffnung gemacht und es wird weder auf meine Mails mehr reagiert, noch auf eine Instagram-Nachricht. Telefonnummer existiert nicht. Lieber einen anderen Dienstleister in Anspruch nehmen und die Monate abwarten. Fazit: Meine Zeit ist Flöten gegangen, woanders hätte ich evtl. Schon eine Entschädigung für mein Flug erhalten. Schade.

Absolut zu empfehlen

Absolut zu empfehlen. Auch wenn die Fluggesellschaft ewig benötigt, wird hier drangeblieben. Ich habe so eben direkt den nächsten Fall eingereicht.

Sehr zufrieden

Wir konnten das Unternehmen jederzeit kontaktieren. Mit der Abwicklung hatten wir nichts zutun und das Geld wurde direkt nach Erfolg auf unser Konto überwiesen.

Grandios!

Es hat eine Weile gedauert - wahrscheinlich Personalengpass bei den Fluggesellschaften - aber dann haben wir über Late Fly eine Menge Geld erstattet bekommen. Allein hätten wir das wohl nicht geschafft. Besten Dank!
