Excellent quality and super fast delivery. Only downside the bracelet i ordered was a gift for my nieces 21st birthday and it was sterling silver but there was no slip or label in box stating that it was sterling silver.

Good service and
Good service and delivery, and a professional overall experience. Unfortunately, this was let down by the marketing approach.
Once they had my contact details, I was bombarded with marketing emails and SMS messages. It has been less than four weeks since I placed my order, and I’ve already received over 10 emails not to mention multiple SMS messages.
Marketing team, please review this approach. The volume and frequency defeat the purpose of promotion and come across as a nuisance.

To be honest, I would give this company more than five stars if it were possible, as their attention to customer service is above and beyond.
I have bought jewellery from them on many occasions and normally I make my online purchase and the items arrive very promptly, beautifully and well packaged. I usually like my purchases and keep them although they do offer free returns and that is the end of the relationship.
However, recently I have had to contact them about a small issue and the attention to detail and helpfulness of all of the staff I’ve dealt with is very unusual. They bend over backwards to try and make the situation correct from the customer’s point of view. Also, you can contact them by email, but also by telephone and you barely wait for an answer. It is dealt with immediately.
I can’t recommend them highly enough, on top of which, the jewellery is absolutely beautiful and well-made.
Everything about this company is top class!

I never believed I would say this but the customer support is amazing.
For me buying the little necklace that I bought was more than buying something to wear. I've been through a really rough patch and I've never bought something for me outside of the necessity "realm". And I waited so much to buy it until eventually the necklace got out of stock. Because I thought maybe I can take it at a better deal. Sure, it got cheaper eventually but it was out of stock by the time I saw it. So i rechecked the stock countless times until it appeared again. And today I finally received it. It was the first piece of jewellery I saw after a period of turmoil in my life. I never even looked at jewellery before, I took pride that I don't wear jewellery at all. And I wanted to gift myself something, to express my femininity also in ways that at one point I believed were superficial. But just like make-up, jewellery is not meant to cover but to enhance what is already there.
I've never seen a necklace so pretty, so detailed and so elegant.
This necklace is more than a necklace for me. It marks the beginning of a story I control. I can't express in words. It's not only a necklace, it's a statement for me. A symbol of a new beginning.
