Well I have placed an order for 25 tests so far communicating with them are brilliant says next day delivery but will agree it is expensive it don't matter if not nhs tests !! As long as you know we have covid or not is the main thing !! Will update review when received

Paid for next day delivery 2 weeks ago. I haven't got my tests nor have I had any kind of response to emails or refund requests. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

I saw so many negative reviews after I'd ordered that I feared the worst. I received my test kits within 24hrs and all is ok. They are the standard test kits you would get from anywhere.

Scam do not buy from them. Next day delivery shown in the Google link and on the their website. Paid for Sent By Courier Service: APC – Mail Pack Next Day. I ordered Tuesday and arrived Saturday. I had to buy the tests somewhere else. When I complained, they answered me that it was because of the postal strikes. Well I paid for currier service. If I send the test back, I will have to pay for the postage to send it back, I will have to pay for the packaging, postage for sending it to me, return fee of £1.80 and the card processing fee. I paid £8.29 for the tests. SCAM SCAM

Very poor service. 5 days later still no test when I was charged for shipping that should take 1-2 days. The response from the company was to explain their internal procedures, which to me is the last haven of the inept.

I ordered what I thought was 5 packs of 5 what I got was 5 test and double price postage.. also as noted here these tests are not recognised by UkK government as therefore you cannot report results.

I ordered what I thought were 3 packs of tests ie 3 x 7 due to the price, and when they arrived it was for one test so £14 plus delivery for just 3 tests!!
Total rip off

Tests arrived on time got a positive result then called NHS to log result and they do not recognise the QR test or number. I now need to redo. Don’t waste your money and time. They have not replied to two emails sent.

Paid for the order to be delivered 1-2 days from order. The item has been shipped out but delivered to the wrong address. Having raised this with their customer services, I was told I was being unreasonable for asking for a refund! I have to wait for them to take it up with DPD before I gain my refund.
The lady I spoke to hung up on me? I’d keep very clear of this company! Rude and expensive!
