We had need to use the kind of product that is offered by several large companies who nearly all take out very expensive adverts in the press and on Television.
In fact my late in-laws had cause to use a very well known equity release company whom I know did a proficient job, however their equity release circumstances were straight forward being mortgage free and retired. Our needs were that things were not straight forward in our lives and we needed a company that went that extra mile as other well known companies did not want to know. Well, thank goodness that someone pointes us in the direction of Steve and Later Life Money. From start to finish he worked tirelessly overcoming all sorts of hurdles and it proved “Key” that he was not a 9-5 type who could only be contacted during that time. Steve would often work into the evening if it was required, not that I am suggesting that any new clients phone the guy up at silly hours😂

I rate their performance as a 10 out of 10 because it is a real rarity to find a business like Later Life Money that offers such wonderful tailored solutions to whatever circumstances you are in.

It’s just a small shop-type-office with a few guys staring,..as people do at their Lap-tops and a pretty lady answering the telephone. Still, what have I got to lose? entered with hope, that these people could somehow help me with my “Living Nightmare” and was cheerfully greeted warmly by a pleasant young lady, however I was disappointed when she told me I had to make an appointment to see the “Boss” and after checking his diary she informed me I had to wait five days before there was a slot after the weekend before I could meet this gentleman. The cloud returned above my head, I’m running out of time, everything seems against me...............
The next time I visited the Stockton office I met the “Boss”......”Steve Paterson”.....turns out he could help me......(I thought I was dreaming!)....the rest is History because this man was my saviour! Steve was brilliant, with a calm and collective personality plus a positive Friendly professional approach to my big, big problem.

When something got in the way of our goal he didn’t move the goal posts, he went round them and returned with a different strategy. Every time we had a problem (and there was many) or a hold up, Steve!.....the master strategist ..steered a new route which eventually got us over the line.

Now thanks to Steve, it's sunshine every day for me even though its “Teesside Rain” most of the time. I can now smile again, I’m happy again, and my head has stopped hurting!
With my Michele's kindness and generosity using her own house “Equity”, she paired up along with Steve’s Financial Technical knowledge, ability, and a steely-eyed determination which eventually helped save the roof above our heads. It was some journey, not one I would like to repeat, but at last I can relax a little and enjoy the rest of my days with my Cats and Dog, not forgetting “The Frog” in our “Organic Vegetable’ Garden.
