I purchased RNS 510 firmware and map software for my VW Tiguan. I've got it nextday. Whenever I need help they reply me quickly and have no problems with installation. Really helpful and reliable. Thanks a lot for every help and support. Highly recommended.

I was quoted £295 by a main Audi dealer to update the MMI (multi-media interface) on my 2015 A4. They told me I could not do this myself. Wrong! LatestSatNav charged me £69.50 and the process was fairly straightforward – though it does take a while.
Three SD cards arrived promptly with well-written instructions. At first I couldn't get the system to recognise the initial card, but Brian quickly responded to my email and the issue was solved. Then it was just a case of following the script while the unit churned away, occasionally prompting me to press a button. After around two hours it was done. Now I have an up-to-date map database and everything works perfectly.
Even at this price the update is not especially cheap. Some car makers provide lifetime updates for free. But I was not prepared to be ripped off by Audi, so happy to pay what I did.

Great service. I emailed over a photo of my existing SD card, as I didn't know what version it was and if it needed updating. I got a very prompt reply from Brian with a link to the replacement I needed. It was a great price in comparison to dealer prices and it was delivered within a couple of days. Brilliant stuff.

i have a 2009 3 series with the old professional sat nav that requires 3 discs to update.

because my DVD player is old, some discs wouldn't read.

Brian send me replacements next day.

now its working fine!

Purchased a new SD card recently and only just had chance to use it. Absolutely fantastic. Service was also excellent. Only gripe I had was following instructions to check out and ended up ordering 2!! Brian provided the help I needed and the order was amended. The fault was probably mine as I am not a technicality minded person.

Brian was quickly able to identify the software update I needed and after it didn't quite work first time, he was very quick with responses. Turned out I needed a slightly different version but he gave to me free of charge and was very helpful in seeing through to a successful installation (even over a weekend). Would highly recommend.

I received the map updates and the FSC code in a couple of minutes. Guides you very easily on how to download and install them to your car. I asked a question and got a response very quickly. Highly recommend!

Recent purchase of a sat nav for a Landrover
Freelander 2. Had problems with it arriving in the post. Contacted Brian who sorted the issue and it arrived the following day. What a great guy to deal with and sat nav is up and running.

I Bought the Latest satnav 15/10/2020 and i am so pleased with it, the detail is fantastic and Brian was so helpful. should anyone require an upgrade I can Certainly recommend them.

Recently purchased an update for my 2014 Land Rover Freelander 2. Typical bloke, didn't read the book and ended up buying the wrong item but no issue for 'Brian'. Order, despatch, received, swore, re-ordered, despatched, received, updated all within 7 days.Land Rover claimed it would take a couple of months to order, receive and install. All works perfectly. The price? Land Rover- £200!! These chaps less than half!! Would I recommend? You bet I would 👍

Having research the prices to update my BMW Satnav maps (My Sytner BMW supplier wanted £80) the deal from Latestsatnav was excellent. The USB stick arrived promptly and the installation took 1 hour, with no issues. I had to use the USB port in the glovebox. Brian was very helpful. Highly recommended.

I up dated my bmw 3 series tourer it was so easy plug in enter the code drive around for an hour it updated then rebooted how simple was that brilliant not expensive good communication excellent it was the first update In this car for 9 years

Top class service and product, excellent value for money. I had a little difficulty initially updating my RNS510 software due to not being very good with technical stuff. Brian was very helpful, responding promptly to my emails even though it was the weekend! I soon had my software and mapping fully updated and everything works perfectly. I’m very impressed and would definitely recommend.

Ordered this 5 July 20 for my 2010 Jaguar XF. Delivered and installed within 48 hours. Great product and service but would have appreciated some instructions. Thankfully YouTube came to the rescue and all sorted in 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend and will use again if needed.
