Excellent service,no problems installing good price

card was posted promptly, unfortunately I clicked past the confirm address section, and card was sent to a neighbour, so a few days delay in my receiving it.
LSN were quick to respond to my email query.
Heart in mouth when switching on for the first time, as system obviously needed to initialise before starting, but I did not need to worry.
Great value for money, and a good firm to work with. I shalll return!

Suspected this site might not be genuine but took a risk. Turns out that my reservations were unfounded. Got my SD card in the post fairly quickly but it took a few days more than expected. It helps if you know exactly what you want. I emailed my details for confirmation of correct item to order. No excessive packaging. New maps for my Qashqai installed easily, just followed instructions, and are up to date and still working well since I had a firmware update on the equipment. I'd use this service again to update maps and save a bit on the car dealership price.

The disc arrived very quickly and at first I couldn't get it to upload properly. Contacted Brian who was extremely helpful. Following his advice I reinserted the disc some hours later and it loaded immediately. Just had to set the search area from mainland Europe to UK and it's working perfectly. Very good value product and great customer service.

After various mails, all worked and installed fine.
Some constructive feedback:
Prior to sale advise of supported devices (I had a 128gb which didn’t work and had to buy a 32Gb)
Include a pre defined list of instructions to help step by step process after sale has gone through (or even add it as a help document to the website).
Clarity is key and would limit additional correspondence making the process more efficient.
Contact via email was prompt and supportive.

The cost was low, the Satnav works fine. No complaints.

Good maps updated very few routes not updated but a major difference

Ordered bmw e90 sat nav update, never worked, absolutely appalling customer service, tried for 4 days to get my money back and just kept fobbing me of with excuses, will never use again. Also just contacted me to tell me the update would never work as my system won’t take it, so why advise me to buy that update knowing that it wouldn’t work? I also went out and purchased a usb stick and put the data on that like you advised and it still didn’t work, I sent you a number of videos at your request showing that it didn’t work and you still didn’t believe me

Very prompt and efficient service. I received my disc yesterday, after only a few days of ordering. It is to replace my old 2009 disc.
I installed it, (easier than making a cup of tea), waited a few minutes as it updated the system, and it is fantastic.
Works really well, has the latest road changes as well.
Highly recommend and I will be using their services again to update as well as recommending the company to my family and friends.

Ordered new maps for an Audi autumn 2019. Finally got round to installing early Feb 2020! Step 1 (firmware update) ran without a hitch. Step 2 (map update) had some SD card problems. I was a bit concerned that leaving the install so long might have compromised any chance of getting a fix. No problem though, Brian responded quickly to my first query with some initial fix suggestions. These didn't sort the issue so new maps were quickly sent to me - these ran fine and the car now has up-to-date firmware and maps. Good customer service, happy to reccommend.

I just got the latest update for my RNS310 Sat nav from these guys. They were super helpful to make sure I got the right version. Works perfectly. Couldn't be happier.. Highly recommend them 🙂

Exactly what I needed to update my 2008 A5's navigation.
Straightforward and quick delivery.

Having tried unsuccessfully several times to download data onto my own USB from another site, I did a bit of research and was recommended to get a loaded USB from these guys.
The whole thing from start to finish was professional and above all very quick and accurate. Brian responded to my emails straight away, even at the weekend and helped at every step of the process.

Looked at a number of options to update the sat nav on my 2015 BMW 7 series. Decided to go with LatestSatnav as they provided the maps on a USB. Ordered on the 3rd January 2020 arrived on the 5th. They were most helpful throughout the whole process and would not hesitate in recommending them.

Hi I bought an 2019/20 SD card to update my Nissan Qashqai satnav arrived within 48 hours placed in card slot, pressed upgrade, it worked within 2 minutes, now It shows the road my daughter lives in, on a new build site.
