The product is amazing shame about everything else. Zero customer service, longer despatch time as stated. Wrong items sent. Sends out what you havnt ordered to make up for items not in stock but at time of ordering they were in stock. I find this company has the worst customer service and can't be bothered approach. Very big shame as the product speaks for itself but from ordering,despatch, emails, wrong items/not the items ordered everything a good company needs this company seriously has non.

Damaged item received and notified the Company straight away but emails were ignored. I chased via a different platform and they replied straight away but offered no apology for the damaged items or the fact that it had taken them 3 months to reply. Jake was very rude in his replies and refused to process a full refund. Looking at some of his replies to other customers on Etsy, it is clear to see that he is rude with all complaints. Items get damaged in the post and I was willing to look past that but the dreadful customer service has put me off ordering from them again

I was missing part of an order which has been successfully sorted out. Great service from latherup.

Missing item. Which was the whole reason for the order in the first place. Contacted them. They told me they were waiting for the scent to arrive and they’d send it straight out. Haven’t received anything and now they are ignoring my messages. Item in question is apparently in stock on their website. First time I’ve ordered from this company and it will be the last.

This company is absolutely fantastic. The product is excellent and very reasonably priced.
I have ordered both online and collected in person. If you are going to call in, give them a heads up to make sure they have the stock.
It's a small company and everything is done by hand.
But you will be made very welcome or just sit back and wait for your delivery to arrive.
I cannot praise them highly enough and if I could give them 6 stars I would.

Great service ordered a mixture of bath bombs and wax melts they all smelt beautiful especially the black cherry wax melt which lasts ages and smells the whole house. Was a little mix up with the delivery but it was quickly rectified and was sent free gifts which was a lovely gesture would highly recommend.

Top quality products. The bath-bombs, sprays and wax melts smell absolutely amazing. The scents in the room sprays last for ages. I always get compliments on how nice my rooms smell. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
